品管圈活動在降低外周靜脈留置針非計劃拔管中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】 目的：探討品管圈活動在降低外周靜脈留置針非計劃拔管中的應(yīng)用。方法：選取2015年1月-2017年2月外周靜脈留置針患者76例作為研究對象，根據(jù)方法不同分為品管圈組和對照組，各38例。對照組實施常規(guī)護理，品管圈組開展品管圈活動降低非計劃拔管率。比較兩組的護理滿意度、外周靜脈留置針留置依從性、外周靜脈留置針知識認知、患者非計劃拔管率、護理人員專業(yè)知識水平、護理技術(shù)及團隊凝聚力評分的差異。結(jié)果：品管圈組護理滿意度高于對照組（ 字2=5.208，P=0.022）。品管圈組外周靜脈留置針留置依從性、外周靜脈留置針知識認知評分均高于對照組（P<0.05）。品管圈組非計劃拔管率低于對照組（P<0.05）。品管圈組護理人員專業(yè)知識水平、護理技術(shù)及團隊凝聚力評分均高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：品管圈活動在降低外周靜脈留置針非計劃拔管中的應(yīng)用效果確切，可提高護理人員專業(yè)知識水平、護理技術(shù)及團隊凝聚力，可促進患者對外周靜脈留置針知識的認知和置管依從性的提高，降低非計劃拔管率，提高護理滿意度，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of quality control circle activities in reducing unplanned extubation of peripheral venous indwelling needle.Method：76 patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects，according to the different methods，they were divided into quality control circle group（QCC group） and control group，38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and QCC group carried out quality control circle activities to reduce unplanned extubation rate.The nursing satisfaction，peripheral venous indwelling needle compliance，cognition of peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge，unplanned extubation rate，the score of nursing professional knowledge，nursing skills and team cohesion between two groups were compared.Result：The nursing satisfaction in QCC group was higher than that of control group（ 字2=5.208，P=0.022），the peripheral venous indwelling needle compliance and cognition of peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge in QCC group were higher than those of control group（P<0.05），the unplanned extubation rate in QCC group was lower than that of control group（P<0.05），the score of nursing professional knowledge，nursing skills and team cohesion in QCC group were higher than those of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of quality control circle activity in reducing unplanned extubation of peripheral venous indwelling needle is accurate，can improve nursing professional knowledge， nursing skills and team cohesion，can promote the cognition of the peripheral vein detaining needle of the patient and the increase of the compliance of the indwelling catheter，reduce the unplanned extubation rate，improve the satisfaction degree of the nursing，and is worthy of popularization and application.endprint

外周靜脈留置針在臨床應(yīng)用廣泛，非計劃拔管是因靜脈炎、導(dǎo)管堵塞、滲出等原因?qū)е?2 h內(nèi)發(fā)生外周靜脈留置針拔管現(xiàn)象，研究顯示，有90%以上的外周靜脈留置針輸液治療患者輸液期間可因?qū)Ч芏氯B出等而出現(xiàn)非計劃拔管[1]。品管圈活動是工作性質(zhì)關(guān)聯(lián)或相同的人為解決問題，促進工作效率提高，自發(fā)組成的團體，通過確定主題并實施相應(yīng)的方案解決問題的一種工作方法[2-3]。本研究分析了品管圈活動在降低外周靜脈留置針非計劃拔管中的應(yīng)用，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1 資料與方法
