鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療小兒多動(dòng)癥的臨床效果

【摘要】 目的：探討采取鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療小兒多動(dòng)癥的臨床效果。方法：選擇2014年3月-2017年3月本院收治的小兒多動(dòng)癥患兒74例作為研究對(duì)象，家長(zhǎng)均愿意配合研究，根據(jù)治療方案不同分為對(duì)照組和治療組。對(duì)照組36例采取鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片治療，治療組38例采取鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療。對(duì)兩組患兒臨床效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，記錄不良反應(yīng)，并測(cè)評(píng)治療前后多動(dòng)癥評(píng)分，實(shí)施統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：治療組臨床總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患兒治療前多動(dòng)癥評(píng)分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），治療后較治療前均有下降（P<0.05），且治療后治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：小兒多動(dòng)癥采取鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療，可以提高臨床療效，改善多動(dòng)癥評(píng)分，而且不良反應(yīng)少，安全性高，值得在臨床中應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets combined with Jingling Oral Liquid on children with ADHD.Method：74 children with ADHD who were admitted to the hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects，parents were willing to cooperated with the study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment protocols，36 cases in control group were treated with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets，and 38 cases in treatment group were treated with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets combined with Jingling Oral Liquid.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated，adverse reactions were recorded，and the scores of ADHD before and after treatment were evaluated and statistic analysis was carried out.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment，the scores of ADHD were compared between two groups，the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05），after treatment，the ADHD score was lower than that of before treatment（P<0.05），and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of ADHD by Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets combined with Jingling Oral Liquid can improve the clinical curative effect and improve the hyperactivity score，and the adverse reaction is low and the safety is high，which is worth to be applied in clinic.

小兒多動(dòng)癥也叫做注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙，是兒童時(shí)期比較常見的一種心理行為異常綜合征。多動(dòng)癥患兒的智力正常或與正常兒童接近，但在學(xué)習(xí)、行為及情緒方面有一定缺陷，常有注意力不集中、活動(dòng)過度與注意時(shí)間短、沖動(dòng)等癥狀，伴或不伴有品行障礙、適應(yīng)不良等。本病發(fā)病可能和神經(jīng)解剖、遺傳、神經(jīng)生理、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)、環(huán)境、家庭等因素有關(guān)[1]。鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片是治療小兒多動(dòng)癥常用藥物，單用療效一般，近幾年研究指出聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療可提高療效[2-4]。為了進(jìn)一步探討小兒多動(dòng)癥采取鹽酸哌甲酯控釋片聯(lián)合靜靈口服液治療的臨床效果，本院對(duì)收治的小兒多動(dòng)癥患者74例進(jìn)行研究，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
