貯藏條件對杭白菊初制花品質(zhì)的影響

以杭白菊初制花為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,研究了不同含水率、貯藏溫度、除氧劑對其180天貯藏期內(nèi)總黃酮保留率及感官品質(zhì)變化的影響。結(jié)果表明,貯藏溫度越低,初制花中總黃酮含量保留率越高,感官品質(zhì)越好;其次,室溫貯藏條件下,含水率越低貯藏效果越好;添加除氧劑對于常溫貯藏條件下的樣品品質(zhì)有明顯改善。結(jié)論:高水分含量杭白菊初制花在適宜的存放條件下貯藏可以達(dá)到理想的效果,符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

Abstract:This paper used raw Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum to study the effects of different moisture content,storage temperature and deoxidizer on the retention of total flavonoids and sensory quality during the storage period (180 days).The results showed that the lower the storage temperature was, the higher the residual rate of total flavonoids in the raw flower and the better the sensory quality became.Secondly,at the room temperature,the lower the water content led to better storage efficiency,while the sample quality has improved significantly by adding deoxidizer.Conclusion:The high moisture content of raw Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers in the appropriate storage conditions could achieve desired storage effect and met the standard requirements.

杭白菊來源于菊科植物(Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramati)的干燥頭狀花序,主產(chǎn)于浙江桐鄉(xiāng),是著名中藥材“浙八味”之一。杭白菊含有黃酮類化合物、揮發(fā)油、綠原酸、木犀草苷等是有效成分,黃酮類作為其中的重要藥用成分,具抗氧化、降血糖等藥理作用[1-3]。作為傳統(tǒng)食藥兩用的代用茶植物,也常用來泡茶飲用,有清熱解毒、生津止渴、平肝明目、消疲怡神等保健作用[4],深受廣大消費(fèi)群體的喜愛。杭白菊在貯藏過程中極易受環(huán)……
