摘要[目的]研究玉米須總黃酮提取工藝及降血糖作用。[方法]以玉米須為材料,通過正交設計考察乙醇濃度、料液比、提取時間對玉米須總黃酮提取率的影響,確定最佳工藝條件;并以四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠為動物模型,研究玉米須提取物的降血糖作用。[結果]玉米須總黃酮提取最佳條件為16倍70%乙醇,回流2次,每次浸提2 h。動物試驗表明,玉米須提取物高劑量組能顯著抑制四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠模型血糖的持續升高(P<0.05)。[結論]玉米須提取物具有輔助降血糖作用。

Abstract[Objective] The research aimed to study extraction technology of total flavonoids from corn silk and its hypoglycemic effect.[Method]With corn silk as material,the effects of different ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,extraction time and extraction times were taken to optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from corn silk by orthogonal design.Also,the hypoglycemic effect of the alcohol extract of corn milk was studied in diabetic model rats induced by alloxan.[Result]The best extract technology was to distill with 16 times 70% ethanol,refluxed 2 times and extracted for 2 h.Also,the high dosage group of the extract had the significantly inhibition on rising the blood glucose of diabetic model rats induced by alloxan(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The extract of corn silk has the auxiliary hypoglycemic effect.

玉蜀黍(Zea mays L.),又名玉米,為禾本科玉蜀黍屬植物,其花柱和柱頭入藥,名玉米須,其性平,味甘,具利尿消腫和平肝利膽之功效,主治急(慢)性腎炎、水腫、急(慢)性肝炎、高血壓、糖尿病、慢性副鼻竇炎、尿路結石、膽道結石等癥,還可預防習慣性流產[1]。現代藥理研究證明,玉蜀黍具有顯著的利尿、降血糖、抑菌、降壓、增強免疫、抗癌等功效[2]。經分析發現,玉米須含有維生素K3、β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、維生素E醌、黃酮類、多糖類、皂苷和生物堿等多種化學成分[1-2]。黃酮類化合物是玉米須中主要化學成分之一,而且其含量也很高。近年來對玉米須黃酮的藥理作用研究較多,但對玉米須黃酮降血糖作用研究較少。為了開發純天然的輔助降血糖的保健食品,該試驗對玉米須總黃酮的乙醇提取工藝方法及輔助調節血糖功能進行了研究,為玉米須黃酮開發成輔助降血糖保健食品提供科學依據?!?br>
