摘 要 目的:探討PBL (Problem Based Learning)教學(xué)法在腦卒中臨床實習(xí)中的效果。方法:將我校臨床醫(yī)學(xué)系實習(xí)的48名學(xué)生隨機(jī)分為實驗組(PBL教學(xué)法)和對照組(傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法),每組24名,通過理論知識考核、臨床實踐能力考核和問卷調(diào)查比較兩組教學(xué)方法的效果。結(jié)果:實驗組學(xué)生的理論知識考核、實踐能力考核成績優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);在問卷調(diào)查中,與對照組相比,實驗組進(jìn)一步增加學(xué)習(xí)興趣、提高語言表達(dá)能力和溝通技巧,進(jìn)一步提高綜合分析問題能力,并增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊合作意識,進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)滿意度,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:PBL教學(xué)法較傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法在腦卒中臨床實習(xí)中進(jìn)一步提高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量和學(xué)生的綜合能力,顯示了更好的教學(xué)效果,值得推薦。

Application of Problem-Based Learning Method
in Clinical Practice of Stroke

Abstract Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of problem-based learning (PBL) method in clinical practice of stroke. Methods: 48 students were randomly divided into experimental group (PBL teaching method) and control group (traditional teaching method), each group has 24 students. Theoretical knowledge, clinical practical ability and question survey were assessed for the two groups. Results: As compared to traditional teaching method, PBL teaching method significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability assessment results (P<0.05), as well as the interest in learning, language skills and communication skills, the ability of comprehensive analysis of issues and teaching satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion: PBL method improved the teaching quality of stroke teaching, and it is worthy of recommending.

隨著人口老齡化的進(jìn)程,腦卒中已經(jīng)成為我國居民的第一死因,幸存患者中75% 將不同程度喪失勞動能力,40%重殘,給社會和家庭均帶來了嚴(yán)重負(fù)擔(dān)。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法是以授課為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí),以教師講述知識點(diǎn)為主,對所要教學(xué)內(nèi)容逐點(diǎn)講解,類似于“填鴨”式教育,這種教學(xué)方法一定程度上限制了學(xué)生的自主思維和主觀能動性。[1] “以問題為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)”(Problem Based Learning,PBL)教學(xué)法相對于傳統(tǒng)的“以授課為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)”教學(xué)法有不可比擬的優(yōu)越性。[2, 3]在腦卒中的臨床實習(xí)教學(xué)中,我們采用了PBL教學(xué)法,并與傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行對照研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)PBL教學(xué)法教學(xué)效果好,對促進(jìn)教學(xué)改革具有一定的積極作用?,F(xiàn)對PBL教學(xué)研究結(jié)果總結(jié)如下:
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選擇首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)2012級臨床醫(yī)學(xué)本科班在我院實習(xí)的48名學(xué)生為研究對象,分為實驗組(PBL教學(xué)法)和對照組(傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法),每組學(xué)生24名,實驗組與對照組的入學(xué)平均成績、性別、年齡等方面都無顯著差異(P>0.05)。

由于PBL教學(xué)所需時間長,為合理安排教學(xué)時間,根據(jù)實習(xí)教學(xué)大綱要求,選擇了腦卒中這一神經(jīng)科最常見的疾病進(jìn)行PBL教學(xué)?!?br>
