摘 要 課程建設為社會服務提供了人才支撐和智力支持,但社會服務也反哺著課程建設。司法部精品課程“民間糾紛調解”課程組通過糾紛調處、行業培訓、提供咨詢意見等形式服務社會,同時,參與社會服務也優化了課程的目標,豐富著診所式法律教育的內涵,在促進課程教學內容改革與教學方法的創新、提升教師的科研水平與職業素養等方面對課程建設產生著積極影響。這對高職法律教學中較薄弱的非訴訟教學有一定的借鑒意義。

Process of Curriculum Construction
——A Case Study of "Civil Dispute Mediation" by the Ministry of Justice

Abstract Curriculum construction provides social support and intellectual support for the social service, but also the social service. The Ministry of justice course "civil dispute mediation" course group through dispute mediation, industry training, advice and other forms of social services, at the same time, to participate in social services but also to optimize the curriculum, enrich the connotation of clinical legal education, in promoting the reform of teaching methods and teaching contents in innovation and promote teachers' scientific research the level and occupation literacy and other aspects of the course construction has a positive impact. It is of some reference significance to the weak non litigation teaching in Higher Vocational Law teaching.

隨著“威斯康辛思想”在全世界星火燎原,社會服務已成為舉世公認的現代大學不可或缺的重要職能,但育人無疑仍是高等教育的主要職能。專業人才培養是高校社會服務的起點和終點。加強專業建設是高等教育人才培養工作的重中之重,需要將專業建設與社會服務能力建設有機統一,并處理好專業建設和社會服務能力建設的主輔關系。而課程建設是專業的支點,是專業建設的主要方面。課程建設的質量,對提升高等教育質量起著關鍵性作用。課程也是高校教師個人成長的重要平臺。如果說教書育人猶如農夫干農活,那么課程就是教師最重要的“自留田”,其教研成果、科研成果與社會服務成果這些“莊稼”基本上產自這塊“自留田”,或者與之有著密切的關系。毋庸置疑,在課程建設與社會服務之間存在著雙向促進關系:課程建設為高校開展社會服務提供了人才支撐和智力支持;……
