《海南省熱帶典型海洋生態系統研究》成果述評

摘 要 “海南省熱帶典型海洋生態系統研究”是海南省908專項重要組成部分，項目完成了海南省近岸珊瑚礁、紅樹林、海草床生態系統的現狀調查，建立了珊瑚礁、紅樹林和海草床資源數據庫，分析了人類活動和自然因素對典型生態系統的影響，結合歷史資料分析了珊瑚礁、紅樹林和海草床變化趨勢，提出科學管理和保護對策。通過本任務的實施，獲取了豐富的第一手資料，對海南省熱帶典型海洋生態系統有了全面的認識，并培養了一批新人，達到了預期的目標。

Abstract Tropical typical marine ecosystem research is an important part of Hainan Province 908 Special mission， It investigated the status of reefs， mangroves seagrass ecosystems of Hainan Province， and it established of coral reefs， mangroves and seagrass resource database. Analyzed the influence of human activities and natural factors on the typical ecosystems， combined with historical data analysis of the coral reefs， mangroves and seagrass trends. Put forward the scientific management and protection measures. Through the implementation of this mission， to obtain a wealth of first-hand information， so that we have a comprehensive understanding of tropical typical marine ecosystems of Hainan， and to develop a number of new people， to achieve the desired objectives.

“海南省熱帶典型海洋生態系統研究”是海南省“908專項”調查任務的重要組成部分，受海南省海洋與漁業廳委托，海南省海洋開發規劃設計研究院（現海南省海洋與漁業科學院）承擔了本任務。項目迫切需要實現的3個目標：（1）通過對海南島近岸珊瑚礁、紅樹林、海草床三大典型海洋生態系統的調查研究，查明海南造礁石珊瑚群落和珊瑚礁的分布范圍、面積和資源環境背景現狀，分析人類活動干擾和自然環境變異對珊瑚礁生態系統的影響，建立海南沿海珊瑚礁生態系統資源環境數據庫；（2）通過分析海南島紅樹林的變化情況、健康水平與所面臨的威脅，提出紅樹林修復方案，以及紅樹林資源合理開發利用的對策；（3）弄清海南島海草床的資源狀況，揭示其生態過程與功能，分析其健康水平與面臨的威脅，提出海草床科學管理與保護對策，為海南省珊瑚礁、紅樹林和海草床生態系統的健康與可持續利用提供科學的基礎資料和基本依據。……
