【摘 要】隨著改革開放和社會主義市場經濟的深入和發展，我國傳統的倫理理論與現實出現了脫節，加之官員腐敗、各種分配不公以及虛擬網絡的沖擊等原因，當代中國面臨著國家倫理認同危機，各種倫理問題突出，道德失范和精神缺失現象嚴重。因此，必須立足國情，辯證的對待傳統倫理及外來倫理文化，正確處理效率與公平的關系，強化權力運行制約和監督體系，完善建立現代市場新秩序和網絡道德新秩序，推動適應時代需要的倫理新道德的構建。

【Abstract】With the deepening of the reform and opening up and socialist market economy and development of Chinas traditional ethics appeared between theory and reality， in addition to official corruption， all kinds of unfair distribution and the impact of the virtual network， facing national ethics identity crisis in contemporary China， all sorts of ethical problems， moral anomie and spirit flaw phenomenon is serious. Therefore， must be based on national conditions， dialectical treatment of traditional ethics and foreign ethics culture， correctly handle the relationship between efficiency and fairness， to strengthen the power restriction and supervision system， improve the modern market new order and new network moral order， promote the construction of a new moral ethics to satisfy the needs of The Times.

1 The reality of our country ethics dilemma

Since Chinas reform and opening up， due to the impact of the spring tide of market economy， our country into a worrying ethical dilemma， moral anomie phenomenon is serious， mainly displays in the following three aspects：

1.1 Trouble 1： National ethics entity crisis consciousness

Ethics is about the ethical idea， is the foundation of ethics world， and its basic problem is that the individual and in which ethical entity which is priority. The current Chinese society on individual and family， the relationship between the national mainstream concept is higher than the personal family， country， but there are still a large proportion of people believe that state and the family is a kind of contractual relationship， is a means of personal survival， can weaken or remove due to personal needs. According to the survey， the current Chinas most fundamental significance of ethical structure is： identify related（40.1%）， identify the relationship between individual and society（28.1%）， identify personal relations with the countries accounted for 15.5%.[1] it indicates that although the current Chinas ethical entity consciousness is still very strong， but encountered the deconstruction of individualism， national ethics identity crisis.

1.2 Trouble 2： The lack of moral spirit directly restricts the improvement of quality of citizens

The moral cultivation and inheritance is essentially a national excellent culture accumulation and the historical gradual process. As a persons mental motivation and behavior norms， moral spirit is historical value rational accumulation， exist in peoples spiritual world. In the cultivation of moral spirit and the inheritance and the improvement of quality of citizens is closely linked. On the one hand， the citizens help improve the quality of the whole national quality， can promote moral cultivation and inheritance. On the other hand， in the cultivation of moral spirit and inheritance to the improvement of citizens own quality has an important guiding role. Under the guidance of traditional moral spirit， to the Chinese nation has formed rich ethics， for business integrity ethics-consciousness， heavy character for the teacher， etc. However， in socialist construction， the moral order and distortions， citizen quality is declining， official virtue for the performance of the code， such as morality， weld landslide is serious.

2 The cause of the ethical dilemma in our country

2.1 Cohesion between theory and reality

Ethical ethics timely， a period of time have to adapt to society and a period of time， otherwise it will lead to ethical idea with reality. There is the phenomenon in our country， people in ethics and ethical way， ethical paradigm watchman tradition， but in the real ethical relationship and ethical life people but because suffer severe deconstruction of individualism showed many ethical problems and conflicts. With society grows， ethical and moral should be adapted to the corresponding change. Chinese traditional ethics on pay attention to blood， for example， many domestic enterprises is given priority to with family management， the internal mechanism of chaos， to talent selection， technology promotion has played a certain suppression effect， to some extent hindered the normal development of the socialist market economy.

2.2 The negative impact of market economy

Market economy also has two sides， it has both good and beauty in moral life， also has the evil and ugly side. The negative effect of market economy is mainly manifested in four aspects， namely the development of the market economy main body target with the social development goal； Private cost and social fairness appeared； Competition strong selfish values and social justice values in the conflict； Benefit value and ethics value in the contradiction. These contradictions further led to a market order is not standard， to illegal means to seek economic interests phenomenon is widespread. Do not have a unified market rules， the department protectionism and local protectionism abound； Inadequate market competition， hinder the evolution and structural adjustment， and so on. The utility of the market economy， blindness， hysteresis， competitive， also tempt people into the utility of the world， driven by the concept of “money”， leading to serious moral anomie phenomenon.

3 The path analysis of the reconstruction of contemporary Chinese ethics

3.1 In terms of national conditions， “sublation” traditional ethics， world civilization achievements for reference

Ethical and moral construction in contemporary China， must base on the primary stage of our country national condition， adhere to the socialist core value system as guidance， to the traditional ethics， adhere to the basic principles of“sublation” in accordance with the requirements of The Times the essence of the digestion and absorption and carry forward； For foreign ethics， which are beneficial to the socialist construction theory to practice， strengthen the public sense of social responsibility， innovation spirit and practice ability. Can only in this way， our countrys theory of ethics and the socialist construction of the actual organic combine， and guide people continuously devoted to work， study actively， strengthening social cohesion and creativity.

3.2 Establish a perfect modern market new order

Negative factors of market economy cause lack of moral decay， Roman holiday， the phenomenon such as collusion. Therefore it is necessary to establish a unified and open market system with orderly competition. With the establishment of the socialist market economy， also inevitable with the incoming of western decadent ideas， combined with the traditional backward ideas， ethics of our country step backwards. Our country should strengthen the ideological and moral education of market participants， improve peoples moral consciousness and social responsibility， at the same time， must constantly strengthen the construction of legal system of market order， backed by the law as a market morality. Only in this way can guarantee the socialist ethical morality of the people code of conduct.
