摘 要 電子電工專業是在觀察與實驗中實踐性很強的技術課程,作為教師既要有很強的實踐研究,也要在教學實踐中有著較好的業務素質,并且在教學中能較好處理教與學的關系。教師要用心去教、認真鉆研教材,課前充分準備外,也要以老帶新,注重實驗教學,培養學生興趣,并在同專業領域進行交流開放,促進教學質量提升,注重教科研課題研究,使自己成為研究型的教師。

Abstract Electronic and electrical professional is in the observation and experiment in the practice of strong technical courses, as a teacher should have a strong practical research, but also in teaching practice has a good business quality, and in teaching can better deal with the relationship between teaching and learning. Teachers should carefully go to teach, seriously study the teaching materials, the full preparation before the lesson, but also to the old with new, pay attention to experimental teaching, training students' interest, and in the field of communication and opening up, to promote teaching quality improvement, focus on teaching scientific research, so that they become research teacher.

教學的過程是讓學生從未知到已知的過程,也是教師不斷提升自我學習的過程。電工電子專業課不但要讓學生懂得其原理,而且還要讓學生提高動手實踐能力。筆者作為一名電工電子專業教師,非常熱愛自己的教學專業,并從職業技術教育的實踐中能學到更多的東西,不斷提升自身素質。通過電工電子教學實踐,筆者認為,電工電子專業課教學實踐應當突出如下幾點:
1 用心善教,以老帶新
教師在教學過程中,其言行舉止都會受到學生的關注、評價、學習和仿效,因此教師應時刻注意為人師表。如提前候課,做到上課不遲到、不早退,體現良好的職業道德;課前充分備課、上課嚴謹治教,體現認真負責的精神;課堂中教學內容應結合生產、生活和學生思想實際,體現理論聯系實際的工作方法;習題課要做到相當熟練,和學生一道思考進行,能靈活運用。對教材中存在的問題能夠向學生交待清楚,敢于在學生面前做到“知之為知之,不知為不知”;……
