摘 要 隨著科學技術(shù)及國民經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,我國研究生教育逐漸由培養(yǎng)學術(shù)型人才向培養(yǎng)應用型人才轉(zhuǎn)變。全日制專業(yè)碩士教育規(guī)模不斷擴大,針對全日制專業(yè)碩士的培養(yǎng)體系尚未完善。基于國內(nèi)外專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)研究的差異,分析了當前全日制專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)存在的主要問題,并以機械工程專業(yè)學位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)為例,在培養(yǎng)目標的確立、課程體系的建立和加強實踐環(huán)節(jié)方面提供了一些可行的對策。

On Full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate Training Innovation Mode

Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology and the national economy, the graduate education in our country has gradually changed from the cultivation of academic talents to the cultivation of applied talents. Full time professional master's education scale expands unceasingly, the training system for the full-time professional master's degree is not perfect. Based on the differences of domestic and foreign professional master training, the main problems in the current cultivation of full-time professional graduate students are analyzed, and some feasible measures are provided for the establishment of the training objectives, the establishment of the curriculum system and the strengthening of the practice.

近年來,科學技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,使得社會對應用型、高層次人才的需求越來越大,研究生教育模式的調(diào)整與優(yōu)化也顯得迫切需要。現(xiàn)有的研究生教育模式主要以學術(shù)研究為主,理論化太強而實踐較弱,為了更好地適應國家科學技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,行業(yè)及企業(yè)對專業(yè)應用型高層次人才的需要,以及廣大青年對接受高等教育的需求,增強研究生教育服務工程技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的能力,培養(yǎng)實踐能力強的復合型人才成為未來人才培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢。為了適應這種變化及需求,從2009年起教育部批準招收全日制專業(yè)碩士,且招生比例逐年提高。根據(jù)教育部的規(guī)劃,最終將達到學術(shù)碩士與專業(yè)碩士3:7的招生比例。全日制專業(yè)碩士教育處于起步階段,還不夠成熟,缺乏一套行之有效的培養(yǎng)模式,本文首先對國內(nèi)外專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)研究差異進行了分析,并對當前全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育存在的問題進行了探討,最終對機械類專業(yè)學位研究生教育的培養(yǎng)體系進行了分析與研究。……
