高等院校機械類專業融入創新創業教育改革的探討

摘 要 全面開展創新創業教育是高等院校人才培養質量的有力保障。本文列舉了機械學院近年來在創新創業教育方面開展的工作情況，總結了積累的經驗，在取得成績的同時，也存在不足。結合新一輪人才培養方案調整融入創新創業教育的契機，提出適用于機械專業創新創業教育課程設置的具體措施。

Investigation on Innovative Ability Education for Mechanical

Engineering in Higher Colleges and Universities

Abstract The full development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is a strong guarantee for the quality of personnel training in Colleges and Universities. This paper lists the work of the Institute of mechanical engineering in innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years. Summed up the experience accumulated. Have achieved the results， at the same time， there are also some shortcomings. Combined with the opportunities of a new round of personnel training program adjustment to integrate innovation and Entrepreneurship Education， this paper puts forward the concrete measures for the innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum that applies to the mechanical specialty.

從2005開始，我國高等教育的總體規模已位居世界第一，高等教育已從精英教育轉為大眾教育，2014年全國高校畢業生總人數超過727萬人。從我國高等教育的現狀以及長遠發展來看，將創新教育與創業教育有機結合，并貫穿于人才培養的全過程，是高等教育改革發展的必由之路。

高等院校機械類專業創新創業教育是一項實踐性很強的教育課程且具有操作性。但是由于資金、設備等方面的原因，只有部分學生能參與其中。從教育發展的長遠意義來看，只有將創新創業教育面向全體學生，并融入人才培養全過程，才能不斷提升全體學生的創新精神、創業意識和創業能力。本文以裝備制造產業緊密相關的機械類專業開展創新創業教育為例，闡述了在人才培養過程中，融入創新創業教育理念，來提高大學生實踐能力與創新創業能力的措施。

1 以往開展創新創業教育情況

1.1 開設創新教育課程

從2010年，機械學院就開設專業選修課“機創新設計與實踐”，在向學生傳授發明創造理論的同時，注重培養解決實際問題能的力。……
