基于SWOT模型下的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)建設(shè)

摘 要 隨著畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的日益增長，就業(yè)形勢越來越嚴(yán)峻，很大一部分大學(xué)生趨向于團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)；大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅緩解了就業(yè)壓力，并且?guī)?dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。但我們高校目前給予大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的服務(wù)、教育不夠完善，造成大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率不高。本文以西安科技大學(xué)為例，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的環(huán)境做出全面分析，隨后得出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的對(duì)策，對(duì)我們建立高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)長效機(jī)制具有一定的實(shí)效性。

Abstract With the growing number of graduates， the employment situation is getting serious， a large part of college students tend to be entrepreneurial team； business students not only to ease the employment pressure， and led to the economic development. But we now give business students of University services， education is not perfect， resulting in students start success rate is not high. In this paper， Xi'an University of Science and Technology， for example， the use of SWOT analysis business students to make a comprehensive analysis of the environment， and then come to college students venture platform strategies， it has certain effectiveness to build on our long-term entrepreneurship mechanism of college students.

1 SWOT分析法簡介

SWOT（Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threats）分析法，又稱為態(tài)勢分析法或優(yōu)劣勢分析法，于20世紀(jì)80年代由美國舊金山大學(xué)韋里克教授提出，用來確定企業(yè)自身的競爭優(yōu)勢（strength）、競爭劣勢（weakness）、機(jī)會(huì)（opportunity）和威脅（threat），從而將公司的戰(zhàn)略與公司內(nèi)部資源、外部環(huán)境可以有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來。這種分析法主要分為兩部分：一是SW，分析自身內(nèi)部條件；二是OT，分析面臨的外部環(huán)境。SWOT分析法可以利用SW與OT戰(zhàn)略得出對(duì)自身有利的條件與因素，在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中避免障礙，更好地明確以后企業(yè)發(fā)展方向。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多是從創(chuàng)業(yè)理論培訓(xùn)后直接走向?qū)嵺`，在此背景下，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法可以對(duì)自身因素與外部環(huán)境做出深入分析，發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢，利用外部有利環(huán)境，達(dá)到創(chuàng)業(yè)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

2 大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)自身狀況分析

2.1 大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的自身優(yōu)勢

西安科技大學(xué)是以地礦及其相關(guān)學(xué)科為特色，以工科為主體，工、理、文、管、法、經(jīng)、藝協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的辦學(xué)格局，全日制在校生約2.2萬余人，通過樣本的調(diào)研我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，本校大學(xué)生風(fēng)華正茂，充滿活力，在日常校園實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中充分展現(xiàn)他們自身的特點(diǎn)與優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)業(yè)伊始正需要大學(xué)生的澎湃激情；……
