中美規?；仪蒺B殖場廢棄物處理方法對比

摘要：佐治亞州為美國肉雞養殖規模最大的州，其養殖場廢棄物處理方法代表了美國一般家禽養殖場廢棄物處理方法。在考察了佐治亞州家禽養殖場廢棄物處理方法后，將考察結果與中國同行做一個對比。結果表明，美國的養殖環境更好，在病死家禽處理、有機肥施用等方面值得中國學習，但在快速堆肥技術方面不如中國。美國家禽養殖場廢棄物處理更側重于無害化，而中國更重視資源化。

Compare Study on the Waste Disposal from Large-Scale Poultry

Farm Between China and USA

Abstract：The state of Georgia is the largest state of broiler breeding in the United States and the mode of waste dispose of poultry production in Georgia represent the situation of USA. We investigated the methods of waste disposal in Georgia and compared the results with those of China. The results showed that the breeding environment， disposal of dead bird and the applying of poultry litter and organic fertilizer in the USA were better than those of China. However， the technology of rapid composting in China was better than that of USA. In conclusion， the USA put more emphasis on the non-hazardous treatment of the waste， and China put more emphasis on the resource utilization.

中美兩國均為世界上家禽生產大國。2013年，中國家禽出欄量1 190 459.0萬只，禽肉產量1 798.4萬t[1]，均居世界第二位，僅次于美國，禽蛋產量2 876.1萬t，居世界第一位;美國2012年家禽出欄量1 864 043.3萬只，排名世界第一[2]。大規模的家禽養殖，在滿足人類肉、蛋需求的同時，也產生了大量的養殖廢棄物，主要包括家禽垃圾（禽糞、墊料、沒被利用的飼料和廢水的混合物）和病死家禽等[3，4]。這些廢棄物若不加處理直接排入環境中，將嚴重污染大氣、水和土壤，但同時這些廢棄物又是一種良好的有機資源，養分價值高，經過合理利用不僅不會污染環境，反而能產生較高的經濟效益和社會效益。2015年8月底至9月初，筆者訪問了美國佐治亞洲。佐治亞州為美國肉雞養殖規模最大的州，其肉雞養殖場廢棄物處理模式基本上代表了美國家禽業廢棄物處理一般情況。現將考察結果與中國家禽養殖場廢棄物處理模式做一個簡單的對比，以資同行借鑒?！?br>
