摘要:以某農(nóng)機臥式單缸柴油機氣缸曲軸系統(tǒng)模型為例進(jìn)行運動分析,在耐久性模塊下完成仿真后,采用后處理模塊進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的后處理。從應(yīng)力云圖中找到氣缸系統(tǒng)的最大應(yīng)力,從應(yīng)變云圖中找到系統(tǒng)的最大應(yīng)變。結(jié)合FFT曲線圖及3DFFT曲線圖進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)樣機模型中曲軸的譜密度幅值的峰值分別發(fā)生在55、128和200 Hz處,連桿譜密度幅值的最大峰值發(fā)生在175 Hz處,較小峰值發(fā)生在50、90和125 Hz處。研究結(jié)果可為模型系統(tǒng)性能的研究提供一定的依據(jù)。

Motion Simulation Analyses for Cylinder System of Horizontal Single Cylinder Diesel

Abstract: A model of cylinder crankshaft system in single cylinder diesel was selected as an example to study motion analysis,after completing the simulation operation in Adams/Durability module,the data were processed in Adams/Postprocessor module. The maximum stress of the cylinder system was found from the stress nephogram, and the maximum strain for the system found from the strain contours. Combining with the FFT graph and 3DFFT graph, it was found that the peak value of spectral density for the crankshaft occurred at 55,128 and 200 Hz in the dynamic model, the maximum peak of amplitude spectrum density for connecting rod occurred at 175 Hz,the smaller peak value occurred at 50,90 and 125 Hz,which could provide some references for the study of model system performance.

農(nóng)業(yè)機械的動力多選用臥式單缸四沖程柴油機。氣缸是發(fā)動機的核心,為了保證密封效果,在密封面安裝有襯墊,活塞在缸套內(nèi)以低副形式滑動。曲軸限制在軸承座內(nèi)實現(xiàn)高速運動,將活塞的直線往復(fù)運動轉(zhuǎn)化為圓周旋轉(zhuǎn)運動。氣缸元器件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計直接影響農(nóng)機工作系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,有缺陷的氣缸結(jié)構(gòu)可能會導(dǎo)致功能失效,甚至重大損失[1]。有限元法是一種多物理場分析技術(shù),能夠?qū)r(nóng)機的各類工程問題進(jìn)行計算和分析。采用有限元分析的方法對氣缸元器件進(jìn)行分析有助于驗證設(shè)計質(zhì)量,提高系統(tǒng)可靠度[2]。使用Adams等系統(tǒng)仿真軟件,可以在各種虛擬環(huán)境中真實地模擬系統(tǒng)的運動,不斷修改設(shè)計缺陷以改進(jìn)系統(tǒng),直到獲得最優(yōu)設(shè)計方案,最終做出比較理想的物理樣機。Adams軟件是由美國MSC公司開發(fā)的機械系統(tǒng)動態(tài)仿真軟件,廣泛應(yīng)用于工程機械、農(nóng)業(yè)機械、汽車制造、鐵路車輛等領(lǐng)域[3]。……
