摘要:為了解湖北省禽源空腸彎曲菌的流行病學及耐藥性情況,從武漢市及其周邊地區采取禽源樣品276份,其中肛拭子175份,盲腸內容物101份。共分離出50株空腸彎曲菌,分離率為18.12%,其中肛拭子分離20株,盲腸內容物分離30株。結果顯示,不同采樣途徑空腸彎曲菌的分離率不同,盲腸內容物分離率高于肛拭子。采用定性測定紙片擴散法對以上分離的菌株進行藥敏試驗,50株空腸彎曲菌分離株對氨基糖苷類藥物敏感性最高(S≥66.0%),其次分別是紅霉素(S=70.0%)和磺胺甲基異惡唑(S=58.0%)。對喹諾酮類藥物耐藥性最強(R=100%)。

Isolation,Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Proflles of Campylobacter jejuni Isolates from Poultry in Hubei

Abstract: To investigate the epidemiological and antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of Campylobacter jejuni in poultry in Hubei province, 276 samples was collected, thereinto 175 were from feces and 101 were from contents of cecum. 50 (18.12%) Campylobacter jejuni was isolated in total, among the isolates, 20 isolates were separated from feces, and 30 isolates were separated from the contents of cecum. The results showed that the separation rate from contents of cecum was higher than that from feces. The disk diffusion test method was used to determine resistance of the isolates. The results showed that the isolates were most sensitive to aminoglycosides(S≥66%),secondly to erythromycin,sulfamethoxazole, and all strains were resistant to floroquinolones (R=100%).

彎曲菌(Campylobacter)是自然界中廣泛存在的、全球范圍內主要的食源性人獸共患性病原菌之一[1]。對人致病的彎曲菌中 93.4%為空腸彎曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni,C. jejuni),2.3%為結腸彎曲菌(Campylobacter coli,C. coli),其他彎曲菌偶爾致病[2]。特定血清型空腸彎曲菌引起的腸炎是格林-巴利綜合征(Guillain-Barre syndrome,GBS)的重要前驅因子[3-5]。
近年來,許多國家空腸彎曲菌發病率呈指數增長趨勢,主要引起急性腸炎和食物中毒,并伴發反應性關節炎、肝炎、瑞特氏病和格林-巴利綜合征等免疫性損傷性疾病。在獸醫臨床中,空腸彎曲菌可引起家畜流產、不孕、乳房炎及幼畜腹瀉和家禽肝炎[6-9]??漳c彎曲菌是野生、家養動物的正常寄居菌,感染的動物通常無明顯病癥,但可長期向外界排菌,通過排泄物或分娩污染食物和飲水,從而引起人類感染。其中,家禽是空腸彎曲菌病最重要的傳染源之一?!?br>
