不同生長期利川黃連的成分分析

摘要：通過對不同生長期利川黃連（Coptis chinensis）的主要成分進行測定與分析，為實現(xiàn)黃連的優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明，不同的生長年限和一年內(nèi)不同月份的利川黃連主要成分不斷發(fā)生變化，但是各種成分的變化存在一定的規(guī)律。根據(jù)利川黃連不同生長期的生長規(guī)律，制定相應(yīng)的管理措施，可達到黃連優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)的目的。

Abstract：In order to provide some basis for the high quality and yield of Coptis chinensis cultivated in Lichuan city，the main ingredients of C. chinensis in the different growth period were measured and analyzed. The results showed that，the main ingredients in different organs of C. chinensis in different growth period changed constantly along with the growth years and seasons，and the overall trends were consistent. According to the growth characteristics of C. chinensis in different growth period，its possible to achieve the high quality and yield of C. chinensis based on the suitable planting and management measures.

黃連（Coptis chinensis）為毛茛科多年生植物，分布于湖北、湖南、重慶、四川、貴州、陜西南部，生長于海拔500～2 000 m的山地林中或山谷陰處[1]。中藥材黃連為植物黃連的干燥根莖，神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)列為上品，是一種應(yīng)用十分廣泛的中藥材。黃連主要含有鹽酸小檗堿、黃連堿、巴馬汀堿、表小檗堿等多種生物堿，其中鹽酸小檗堿含量最高[2]。研究表明，黃連具有抗菌、抗病毒、鎮(zhèn)痙、止瀉、抗?jié)兓钚浴⒖寡谆钚浴⒔∥浮⒖拱⒏纳铺悄虿“Y狀等功效[3，4]。

黃連作為一種重要的中藥材，保證其品質(zhì)至關(guān)重要。本試驗通過對不同生長期黃連的總氮、可溶性糖、磷、鉀含量以及生物堿含量的變化規(guī)律進行研究，以期為制定更加合理有效的管理措施，提高黃連品質(zhì)與產(chǎn)量提供依據(jù)。

1 ?材料與方法

1.1 ?材料

黃連樣品：采自湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州利川市建南鎮(zhèn)箭竹溪，該地為黃連GAP種植基地，供試黃連經(jīng)湖北省中醫(yī)藥研究院王克勤研究員鑒定為味連。2010～2014年連續(xù)5年在11月初采集黃連樣品，2012～2014年連續(xù)3年分別在3月、7月和11月初采集黃連樣品，然后進行生理生化分析。……
