烤煙新品種南江3號生長發育規律與品質特征試驗初報

摘要：2013年，采用K326為對照品種，研究烤煙新品種南江3號在主產煙區開陽縣的生長發育規律和品質特征。結果表明，南江3號在貴陽市大田生育期為145 d，比對照品種K326延長21 d;在大田生長現蕾期前，南江3號除葉片生長強于K326外，其他生物學特性均弱于K326;在大田生長現蕾期后，南江3號所有生物學特性均強于K326;南江3號上等煙率比K326低5個百分點，中等煙率比K326低7.17個百分點，產量每公頃比K326高449.40 kg，均價每千克比K326低1.57元，產值每公頃比K326高5 937元;南江3號煙堿、還原糖、氯含量低于K326，總糖、總氮、鉀含量高于K326;南江3號下部、中部、上部煙葉香氣質、香氣量、吃味、雜氣、刺激性、勁頭、燃燒性、灰色前5項總分均高于K326。經綜合比較，南江3號在貴陽市具有良好的經濟效益，適合在貴陽市推廣種植。

Study on the Law of Growth and Development and Quality Characters of Flue-cured Tobacco New Variety Nanjiang No.3

Abstract： In 2013， taking K326 as the control variety， the law of growth and development and quality characters of flue-cured tobacco new variety Nanjiang No.3 in main tobacco growing areas—Kaiyang county were investigated. The results showed that， the growth period of Nanjiang No.3 was 145 d in ?Guiyang city， which prolonged for 21 days than that of K326; Before the budding period， the leaf growth of Nanjiang No.3 was stronger than K326， and other biological characters were weaker than that of K326; After the budding period， all biological characters of Nanjiang No.3 were stronger than that of K326; Compared with K326， fine tobacco ratio， medium smoke ratio， and average price of per kilograms of Nanjiang No.3 decreased by five percent point， 7.17 percent point and 1.57 yuan respectively， yield and output value of per hectare increased by 449.40 kg and 5 937 yuan respectively; The nicotine， reducing sugar and chlorine content of Nanjiang No.3 was lower than that of K326， and the total sugar， total nitrogen and potassium content was higher than that of K326; The aroma quality， aroma quantity， taste， mixed gas， stimulation， strength， combustion， grey， the total score of first five items of Nanjiang No.3 in the lower， middle and upper leaves were higher than that of ?K326. Through the comprehensive comparison， Nanjiang No.3 had good economic benefit in Guiyang city， which was suitable for growing in Guiyang city.

烤煙品種是烤煙生產的重要生產資料，是提高煙葉質量和產量的內因[1-3]。每個作物品種都有其適應的地區范圍和耕作條件，優良品種一般都有地區性和穩定性[4]。推廣良種時一方面要按照不同品種的特征特性及其適應范圍，規劃最適宜的種植和推廣地區，以充分發揮良種本身的增產增質潛力[2];另一方面要根據當地自然條件、耕作制度、栽培方式等具體情況，選用最合適的品種，以充分發揮當地自然資源優勢，使用良種良法在良種所適應的地區種植，才能滿足其特征特性發育所要求的栽培技術條件[5]?！?br>
