摘要:為探討牛血清白蛋白(BSA)與植物扦插苗根系發育的關系,以瀕危植物連香樹(Cercidiphyllum japonicum)為試驗材料, 研究不同濃度外源BSA對連香樹扦插苗的生理和形態響應。結果表明,BSA濃度低于7.58 μmol/L時,與對照相比,提高了扦插苗的生根率、顯著增加側根數和平均根長,使植物內源赤霉素(GA)、脫落酸(ABA)、玉米素(ZR)和生長素(IAA)含量的變化向有利于根系形成和生長的方向變化,對扦插苗不定根形成有不同程度的促進作用。而高濃度BSA(≥15.15 μmol/L)處理與對照相比,降低了扦插苗的生根率、顯著減少側根數和平均根長,使植物內源GA、ABA、ZR和IAA含量向不利于根系形成和生長的方向變化,對扦插苗不定根形成有不同程度的抑制作用。

Effects of Bovine Serum Albumin on Propagation of Cercidiphyllum japonicum Cutting

Abstract:Endangered plant Cercidiphyllum japonicum was used to investigate the relationship between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the development of plant cuttings root system. Physiological and morphological responses to exogenous BSA of different concentrations were studied. The results showed that applying appropriate BSA(≤7.58 μmol/L) was able to increase the cutting root rate and lateral root number and average length of root,enhance root activity and conducive the plant endogenous GA,ABA,ZR and IAA content changed in the direction of promoting the growth of roots and adventitious root formation of cuttings. However,high concentrations of BSA(≥15.15 μmol/L) have different extent inhibition effects,and reduce the number of lateral roots,average root length and rooting rate than the control,and the plant endogenous GA,ABA,ZR and IAA content changed in the direction of inhibiting adventitious root formation and the growth of root in different degrees.

連香樹(Cercidiphyllum japonicum)為國家二級瀕危保護植物,在系統演化中處于比較原始的地位[1]。其居群間基因交流困難[2],為短時間短距離風媒傳粉[3],在干旱脅迫下,連香樹種子萌發和幼苗生長受到抑制[4]。開展連香樹的有性繁殖和無性繁殖研究,對于保護和發展該瀕危物種種質資源具有重要的意義。
本試驗采用蛭石、珍珠巖和河沙組成連香樹嫩枝扦插的培養基,以無菌水處理的作為對照,探討連香樹插穗對不同濃度牛血清白蛋白(BSA)浸泡處理的形態和生理反應,為評估蛋白質如何影響植物扦插繁殖生根提供基礎資料。
