摘要:2014年對(duì)長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院各育種基地2013年育成的晚稻新品種在湖北荊州和宜昌等地進(jìn)行品比篩選試驗(yàn),觀察鑒定參試品種的產(chǎn)量、生育期、抗性及其他重要農(nóng)藝性狀的表現(xiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果綜合分析評(píng)價(jià),篩選出贛香優(yōu)982、長(zhǎng)農(nóng)優(yōu)9822和五豐A/R9821等綜合表現(xiàn)好的品種,建議推薦贛香優(yōu)982參加2015年高一級(jí)試驗(yàn);長(zhǎng)農(nóng)優(yōu)9822參加2015年湖北省晚秈稻品種區(qū)域試驗(yàn);五豐A/R9821推薦參加2015年湖北省恩施州早熟中稻品種區(qū)域試驗(yàn)。

The Experimental Result of Late Rice New Variety and Its Utilization and Evaluation in Yangzi University in 2014

Abstract: A contrastive test of a series of late season rice lines that bred by base of agriculture college of Yangtze University in 2013 was carried out at Jingzhou and Yichang in 2014, and yield, growth period, resistance to blast and other important agronomic traits were investigated. The results showed that comprehensive characters of Ganxiangyou 982,Changnongyou 9822 and WufengA/R9821 were fine. Ganxiangyou 982 was advised to participate in mid-maturity rice area test at Enshi, Hubei in 2015; Changnongyou 9822 was advised to participate in late indica rice area test at Hubei province in 2015;WufengA/R9821 was advised to participate in early type of mid-maturity rice area test at Enshi, Hubei in 2015.

品種試驗(yàn)是檢驗(yàn)一個(gè)新品種能否從選育到推廣應(yīng)用不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)[1],一個(gè)新品種能否順利通過(guò)區(qū)域試驗(yàn)的檢驗(yàn),關(guān)鍵取決于其自身的產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)、抗性、適應(yīng)性及其他主要農(nóng)藝性狀在生產(chǎn)上的表現(xiàn)。為了篩選出適合江漢平原地區(qū)種植的晚稻新品種(組合),給新品種晉級(jí)及參加各級(jí)區(qū)域試驗(yàn)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),對(duì)來(lái)自長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院各育種基地2013年度育成的不同類(lèi)型水稻(Oryza.sativa L.)新品種在湖北荊州、宜昌等地進(jìn)行了品比篩選試驗(yàn)。
1 ?材料與方法
1.1 ?試驗(yàn)材料
參試品種共27個(gè),以金優(yōu)207為統(tǒng)一對(duì)照(CK)。參試品種種子由長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院各育種基地提供。
1.2 ?試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)
各試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)均采用隨機(jī)區(qū)組設(shè)計(jì),2次重復(fù)。小區(qū)面積均為6.67 m2,8行區(qū),每行25穴,行長(zhǎng)4.17 m,寬1.60 m;小區(qū)間空1行,重復(fù)間空3穴不插秧作走道。插植規(guī)格:株行距為16.7 cm×20.0 cm。試驗(yàn)地四周栽插對(duì)應(yīng)品種(組合)的保護(hù)區(qū),保護(hù)區(qū)保證1 m以上。……
