【摘要】 本研究通過一元多維教學法在《針灸學》教學中的實踐,探索和評價該教學法的實施效果和應(yīng)用價值。一元多維教學法是在汲取最新針灸學教學成果基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)而提出的全新教學方法,以提高學生自主學習能力為中心,從穴性、定位、辨證、處方、針基和針技多角度入手,將中醫(yī)經(jīng)典研讀和現(xiàn)代解剖學、神經(jīng)科學理論知識相結(jié)合,針對不同層次學生制定不同的教學方案。該教學法對提高學生自主學習能力和綜合素質(zhì)具有積極作用,并為豐富《針灸學》教學內(nèi)涵提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 This paper researches and evaluates the implement effect and application values by means of the practice of one perspective with various dimensions on the science of acupuncture teaching. One perspective with various dimensions is newly forwarded teaching method based on the latest acupuncture science teaching accomplishment in order to improve the students self-learning concerning different aspects such as acupoint, location, dialectical, prescription, acupuncture basis and acupuncture skill, combing Chinese classic medicine and modern anatomy and neurology theory putting forward different teaching plans for students of different level. This method has positive meaning to improve student self-learning ability and comprehensive ability and has provided new clues for the teaching of acupuncture science.

針灸學是一門融理論、技術(shù)與臨床實踐于一體的學科。作為綠色治療方案的代表,針灸治病的療效受到世界范圍的好評,針灸人才培養(yǎng)也受到人們的關(guān)注??v觀當前中醫(yī)藥院校針灸人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,教學方式單一、學生自主學習能力和主體意識不強、中醫(yī)思維和針灸手法訓練缺乏等問題仍舊突出。筆者通過多年教學實踐與研究,總結(jié)出“一元多維”教學法,通過在不同層次和角度運用,以期豐富教學方式,提高學生綜合素質(zhì),促進針灸人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革與創(chuàng)新。
1 “一元多維”的概念
“一元多維”是一種基于培養(yǎng)學生自主學習能力,從不同層次和角度,訓練創(chuàng)新思維和實踐能力的教學理念。“元”是基本的意思,這里引申為根本,即以培養(yǎng)學生自主學習能力為根本?!熬S”主要有三層含義,一是幾何學及空間理論的基本概念,如一維、三維,在這里指不同層次與角度;……
