【摘要】 目的:加強各級各類醫院落實2009版《消毒供應中心管理規范》的力度,提升全省消毒供應中心從業人員的專業素養。方法:采取理論集中授課和基地實踐訓練相結合的形式,培訓結束由所在培訓基地進行理論和實踐考核,衛生和計劃生育委員會委派專人進行督導,考核合格給予頒發資質證書。結果:650名消毒供應中心護士通過規范化培訓及考核,取得《山西省醫院消毒供應中心護士崗位培訓合格證》。結論:基地培訓模式可以顯著提高消毒供應中心從業人員的專業水平和操作技能,有利于轉變操作者的執業理念,提高其工作積極性,同時,可促使醫院加強對消毒供應中心工作的關注和支持,是一種值得推廣的消毒供應中心護士培訓模式。

【Abstract】 Objective: To strengthen the implementation of the 2009 edition of the Disinfection Supply Center Management Regulations in all kinds of hospitals at all levels, and enhance the professionalism of practitioners in disinfection supply center. Method: It adopted the methods of combining centralized theory teaching with base practical training. After training, practitioners would be assessed both in theory and practice, supervised by person specially assigned by Health and Family Planning Commission. At last, a certificate the nurse who was qualified would be issued a certificate. Result: After standardized training and assessment, 650 nurses in disinfection supply center obtained the Nurse Training Certificate in Hospital Disinfection Supply Center in Shanxi Province. Conclusion: Base training mode could significantly improve the professionalism and operational skills of practitioners in the disinfection supply center, and advance the change of operators practice philosophy, as well as make them more engaged in their work. At the same time, it prompts the hospital to pay more attention and provide more support to the work of disinfection supply center. Therefore, it is a kind of nurse training mode worth promoting.

隨著醫療技術的迅猛發展,各級部門更加關注醫院中消毒滅菌工作質量和管理,它直接影響到醫療質量和安全,是控制醫院內感染的基本措施和保障[1]。醫院質量管理的核心是人才管理,人才管理的核心是繼續教育[2],崗位培訓是建設人才隊伍的重要手段,也是繼續教育學習的有效方式。為了切實落實規范,抓好醫療質量安全工作,2012年5月-2013年7月我省采用基地培訓的模式對全省三級醫院在編在崗的消毒供應中心護士進行了崗位培訓,共計培訓人員650人,取得了較為顯著的成績,現將省級基地培訓工作進行匯總,總結經驗,以便不斷提高基地教學能力和更好的指導地市級培訓,推動我省消毒供應中心專業的發展?!?br>
