摘 要:教育技術(shù)能力是高校教師開展教育教學(xué)必需具有的一種能力。對(duì)某一工科為主、多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的高校新進(jìn)教師教育技術(shù)能力進(jìn)行調(diào)研,采用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和課堂觀察法,從責(zé)任與意識(shí)、知識(shí)與技能、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)、科研與創(chuàng)新和學(xué)習(xí)需求等方面收集數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)了新進(jìn)教師的培訓(xùn)需求,并提出了開展教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的建議,以期為新進(jìn)教師這一群體制定更加科學(xué)合理的教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)方案,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。

New College Teachers’ Educational Technology Ability and the Enlightenment of Cultivation

Abstract:Educational technology competence is very necessary for college teachers when they are conducting education.Conduct research from the new teachers’educational technology competence,who are in an engineering-based,multidisciplinary and coordinated development college,using questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation,from responsibility and awareness,knowledge and skills,design and implementation,teaching evaluation,research and innovation,and learning needs to collect data.Sum up the training needs of new teachers’,and put forward proposals for educational technology training in order to develop a more scientific and reasonable educational technology training programs for the new teachers,as well as to promote the teachers professional development.

教育部明確要求提高本校中青年教師教學(xué)能力,滿足教師個(gè)性化專業(yè)化發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)特色的需要[1]。新進(jìn)教師這一群體是高校教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,一般經(jīng)過助教階段后就會(huì)走上講臺(tái)任教。高校教師除了按要求參加統(tǒng)一崗前培訓(xùn),還積極參加校本培訓(xùn),以提高教師的教學(xué)能力水平。高校教師能否恰當(dāng)使用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段輔助教學(xué),在一定程度上影響了教學(xué)效果。教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)旨在提高教師的教學(xué)理論水平,培養(yǎng)教師的信息素養(yǎng),以期優(yōu)化教學(xué)效果、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
1 研究內(nèi)容與方法
1.1 研究對(duì)象
以某一工科為主、多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的高校2013年新招聘進(jìn)校的教師為研究對(duì)象,被調(diào)查的教師任教科目涵蓋了理科類、文科類、工學(xué)類、法學(xué)類、文學(xué)類等。由于該校是工科類專業(yè)為主,兼有其他學(xué)科類別,因此此次調(diào)查中,男教師所占比例高達(dá)62%,而女教師占38%。……
