金融服務業集群演進問題研究國際動態

摘 要：金融服務業集群的研究是現代金融服務業組織理論關注的重點之一。本文首先針對國際上關于金融服務業集群演進的相關概念進行文獻綜述；然后對金融服務業集群演進問題研究的理論脈絡加以分類和整理，提出其集中研究的三大領域：集群形成的動因、集群的發展演進和集群演進的效應；最后對該領域近5年關于集群效應和金融危機對集群影響這兩大研究領域進行評述，得出對金融服務業集群演進問題的啟示和借鑒。

Abstract：The study on financial services cluster is one of the focuses of the modern financial services organization theory. This paper is a literature review about the related concepts of the evolution of financial services cluster around the world. It categorizes and sorts out the theoretical development of research on the evolution of financial services cluster and puts forward three major areas，namely，the motivation of cluster formation，evolution of the cluster and the effect of cluster evolution. At last，it comments on the field of study on the cluster effect and impact of the financial crisis on cluster in recent five years and draws enlightenment and illuminations for the evolution of the financial services cluster.

1990年波特（Porter）在《國家競爭優勢》一書中首次提到產業集群的概念，并把它定義為：某一特定區域內相互聯系的企業及機構在地理上的聚集體。聚集體包括一系列相關的產業和其他競爭的產業，例如：零件部門、服務供應商、機器設備和專業的基礎設施供應商等。集群往往縱向發展到行銷部門和客戶，橫向發展到互補性產品的制造商以及與技術、技能相關的企業。此外，許多聚集體也包括政府和其他機構，例如：大學、政府與民間智庫、專門機構、職業培訓機構以及商會等。這些機構提供了專門化的教育、培訓、咨詢、技術和研究上的支持。近年來隨著金融服務業的發展，集群已經成為現代金融服務業組織的基本形式，金融服務業從根本上說是一種服務產業，目前國際上有很多關于金融服務業集群（The Financial Services Cluster）的研究。……
