(1) A Study of Social Work Intervening in Social Management:Based on the Experiences of Beijing and Other Regions

In the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,social management has been made new generalization and arrangement.To explore the roles,functions and mechanisms of social work in strengthening and innovating social management have great significance.This study closely combining the current situation,making the theoretical discussion of the meanings and relationships of social work and social management as starting point,and making Beijing,a region of domestic social work developing relatively mature,as the main survey site,deeply analysis the typical case combines the research methods of literature research and qualitative research,and complement by related cases in other regions.On this basis,the study refines and summarizes the basic path,successful experience and the problems of social work intervening in social management.This study also uses literature material to analysis,summarize and draw on the foreign related successful experience and guidance.Finally,making full play of the func?tion and role of social work in strengthening and innovating social management as the goal,this study pro?poses specific programs and suggestions to further promote the development of China's social work.

(2)The Discussion of Intervention Mode of Social Work after the Wenchuan Earthquake

There are three kinds of invervention mode of social work in Wenchuan post-disaster reconstruction：the government leading mode,the social organization leading mode and the college leading mode.They all have its advantages and disadvantages.In the process of post-disaster reconstruction,great impor?tance has been attached to the construction of community public infrastructure,while the construction of social service system,community culture and spiritual atmosphere has been neglected.There are also some problems in the process of intervention of social work.First of all,since social work is not included in the disaster relief system,it lacks systematic construction;secondly,due to the low social recognition and the lack of stable sources of funds,the services provided by social work could not last and have a de?pendence on foreign aid;what’s more,social work pays more attention to the prevention of and the recov?ery from disaster than a systematic and standardized management of disaster.We believe that through the practice of disaster social work,a certain operational mode could be formed.And this effective mode should be a social work service system for post-disaster reconstruction with community capacity building as the main contents,the government as the leading role,and the private social work organization as the main provider of service.

(3)Analysis of the path of disaster-aided social work in ethnic region

This article analyzes the path of disaster-aided social work in ethnic region in China.Social ecosys?tems theory is recommended to be the theoretical perspective,and it highlights the analysis of social eco?systems and life model.This article further discusses two strategies for disaster-aided social work prac?tice in ethnic region.The one is rebuilding informal social supportive system,and the other one is ethni?cal cultural elements involved livelihood reconstruction.

(4)A Discussion about Volunteer Teamss ’Transformation after Wenchuan Earthquake

After Wenchuan earthquake happened more than 4 years,a lot of self-organization volunteer teams faced with the choice of dismiss or transformation.The directions about the transformation to private nonenterprise unit of the volunteer teams are divided into three,non-profit public welfare and charitable or?ganizations,social work stations and social enterprises.In the process of the transformation,it will en?counter problems,such as excessive government intervention,the teams lacks professional volunteers, staff instability,single sources of funds,lack of financing capacity,lack of unified management of the vol?unteer team.The reasons are that grass-roots background of the volunteer teams,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect and the lack of credibility.Therefore,the paper suggests includes transforma?tion of government management functions,improving relevant laws and regulations,enhancing the profes?sional skills,establishment of the professional team and improving organizational construction,internal accountability.

(5) Study on Dependent Children’Bereavement Experience After WenChuan Earthquake In The Views of Social Work

Based on the quality research and literature analysis of seven dependent children in the Wenchuan earthquake,the research discribe their bereavement experience’s character include of physiology,emo?tion,cognition as well as behavior,and analysis their bereavement experience’s influence factor about personal quality,environment,interaction and bereavement behave.The research also explore their cop?ing strategy of bereavement experience.Lastly,the research suggested that social worker carry on bereave?ment counselling about case counselling,group work,community education as well as case management, and promotes dependent children’s full-people development.

(6) The Operation of Indigenous Social Work Supervision in Shanghai

We believe that the quality of social work supervision is central to the development and maintenance of high standards of social work practice.This article used the qualitative research methods to discuss the operation of indigenous social work supervision in Shanghai.At last,this article suggested that China should establish the indigenous social work supervision system

(7) Narrative Therapy of the Application of the Medical Affair Social Work：A Hospital in Wuhan as an Example

Social work becomes popular Professional and industry in today’s society.But medical social work is still in the early stages of development and the traditional practice intervention mode.The traditional method of intervention now is not enough to cope with complicated clinical cases.In this paper,the gener?al mode about narrative therapy in this kind of intervention is summed up by case study,using labeling theory,symbolic interaction,self-efficacy theory to guide the narrative therapy for medical social work practice and getting involved in the director during the practice in the hospital.And the advantages and disadvantages of the intervention of narrative therapy in medical social work are found by field study.The author tries to apply the narrative therapy to medical social work to promote the development of social work practice faster by exploratory study.

(8) An Action Research on Social Work Intervening in Cancer Patients

Social work is very important for cancer patients.A case study approach has been employed for this research,based on the Strength Perspective Theory,the Interaction Theory,the Mass Driving Force Theory, the Intervention Theory,the Prediction Theory and the Label Theory.The action pattern of case work, group work and community work intervening in cancer patients has been discussed.

(9) Gender Differences of Urban Citizens’social network resources:Based on the Survey Da?ta in Eight Cities of China

Based on the data obtained from“the survey on social network and career experience in 2009”,this paper makes comparison and analysis in the aspects of characteristics of social network between men andwomen.The results revealed that:there are marked differences in the social network features between men and women in urban cities.Men have better social capital than women.As women have a relatively small social network with higher ratio of relatives and less plurality as well as lower upper reachability, they are in inferior position in maintaining and expanding social network.

(10) Negotiation, Equivocation and Gaming: an Analysis on the Phenomenon of Reduction or Concession in Performance of Obligation in the Transformation of Township Governance: based on a Case of Collec?tion of Family-planning Social Fostering Fee

It is an important task of grassroots family planning workers to collecting social fostering fee from the couples who have a child outside family planning policy.In this article,township government not only has to accept the strict family planning performance appraisal conducted by the governments of higher levels but also to achieve the civilized transformation of working methods under the requirements of being“peo?ple-oriented”and“administration according to law”,getting rid of rude enforcement approaches.Howev?er,many cases indicate that the existing family planning transformation is far from successful.On the one hand,grassroots cadres complain about the requirements of administration according to law and rude en?forcement prohibition.On the other hand,the ones that have an obligation to pay a social fostering fee thoroughly understand the existing enforcement approach of the government and utilize the limitation of the approach as a weakness of cadres to bargain with cadres,who,under the pressure of the above-men?tion appraisal,are forced to compromise and help them reduce or avoid the obligation of paying a social fostering fee.As a result,the executors,at the expense of significantly reducing their obligations,achieve the payers’commitment to timely performance of their obligation,ensure the adequate enforcement for the form only and successfully cope with the appraisal conducted by the governments of higher levels. This article believes that the difficulties in the family planning transformation are also reflected in the transformation process of township government as the cadre appraisal system featured by“full administra?tion responsibility”hinders the transformation of grassroots government.Meanwhile,some cadres haven’t changed their mind about law enforcement and a significant minority of people shows little cooperation in family planning,which also constitutes a substantial barrier to the transformation of grassroots government.

(11)Analyze on Gender Differences of Cleft Lip and Palate Children Caregivers

Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews collected from“Project New Life”,it can be seen that cleft lip and palate children caregivers not only suffer gender differences,they also confront all kinds of pressure.This article mainly discusses the situation of gender differences about the cleft lip and palate children caregivers,and tries to analyze the reasons and its impacts from the perspective of func?tionalism.In addition,from the social work services for psycho-social support services of“Project New Life”,we plan to explore the way social work practice responds to the problem of gender differences thatcleft lip and palate children caregivers suffer.

(12) The social work service strategy for the new generation of young workers from the perspective of resil?ience

Resilience is an important perspective in social work practice,the Corporate Social work can also provide professional social work services for the new generation of young workers from the perspective of resilience.The new generation of young workers have a number of shortcomings in the external advantages resilience factors，inherent advantages factors and performance advantages factors,lack of connection with external resources,self-identity is not high,lack of capacity in facing with life and growing up prob?lems to solve,encountered some difficulties in adapting to urban life and factory production.Social work?ers can provided service from the perspective of the resilience around excavations and promote external resources advantage of the new generation of young workers,the inherent advantages in resources and per?formance advantages,advocacy guide,case management,group activities and theme activities,such as so?cial work professional services can enhance the young worker‘s ability to adapt to urban life and facto?ry production,promote the harmony of employee relations and labor relations.
