CNPC， China’s largest oil and gas producer and supplier， successfully helped African countries Chad and Niger develop their energy industry， which are considered as the most important problem to restrict the economic development of those two countries. As a result， the prices of refined oil in Chad fell by 30% than before and Niger becomes an oil exporter from an original oil importer.

Struggle for Internet Lottery Licenses

China’s lottery industry is vast and the potential is huge with the total lottery sales around RMB 200 billion in the first ten months of 2012. The central government is currently straightening out the lottery market and is preparing to issue licenses for Internet lottery sales. Many companies including major Internet giants are busy competing for the Internet Lottery licenses.
