Writing（the Simple Past Tense）教學設計

Teaching objectives：

most students would be able to check out one of their own composition by using the simple past tense.

Learning and teaching focus：

Check out a composition by using the simple past tense by themselves.

Teaching importance：

How to check out the verbs of the past tense and the part of speech.

Teaching difficulties：

It may be difficult for students to check out the sentence structure.

Possible solutions：By discussing with the partner about the mistakes.

Learning and teaching arrangement：

Step1 Leading-in

Present the title of the passage in one of the students’ tests.

在緊張的學習壓力下，適當地放松對調整心態有著積極的作用。元旦期間，你去哪里放松心情了呢？請以過去的一次旅行為話題，根據以下提示寫一篇100字左右的文章。

（1）你選擇旅游的地點及理由。

Step 2 Know about the six ways

1.審題：確定基本要素：5W1H

2.抓要點：What happened？

3.擴展成句：Who did what？

4.連句成文：時間 空間 細節 連貫 呼應（連詞）

5.查錯改錯：要盡量剔除錯誤

6.謄寫：卷面不工整要扣分

Choose one of the article of my students， say sth. about 5W1H of this passage：

Besides studying， you also need to relax yourself. For instance， you can travel with your best friends.

I think that Beijing is one of the most famous countries in China. There are many fantastic sights which can make us feel very happy， so I want to go to Beijing.

On that day， my friends and I went to Beijing. First of all， we went to the Great Wall. It was so long that we all felt very tired. Then we went to the hotel to have a rest. After that， we decided to eat Beijing Duck. After we ate it， it was so delicious that we felt very comfortable. At last， we went to the hotel and went to sleep. What a happy day I had！

I think if you go to Beijing， you will fall in love with it.

Step 6 Discuss

Discuss some mistakes about the sentence structure.

從句：I like park that can listen to music.

中文式：I remember last see she is in the seven years ago.

The study is tired and stressed out.

I think go to school have a little tired.

以動詞為主語：Take taxi make me see more thing.

I think swimming very interesting and relaxed，tired.

句義：I was surprised I could visit somewhere one day.

Step 8 Homework

Rewrite the passages in the paper.
