New Opportunities in Europe

As the recession of European economy is coming true in 2012， more overseas opportunities are opening to Chinese capital and enterprises.

Europe was always hesitating while facing capital from China， mainly due to the conflicts of culture and the collision of game rules. However， something subtle is changing as some European economies are sliding to the edge of collapse.

The Sino-European cooperation is of mutual benefit as China holds capital while Europe has advantage in technology. The acquisition is considered as a key step for Chinese enterprises’ internationalization and also great help to those European companies in trouble.

Experts said both China and Europe are learning how to seize the Win-Win opportunity more rationally.

Downward Trend?

According to latest official data， CPI fell to 4.1% in December 2011 as expected， confirming the downward trend of price level. Meanwhile， the economic growth rate declined more significantly than the market expectation， from 9.1% in Q3 to 8.9% in Q4. Analysts from government think-tanks and market institutions worry about the decline of the fixed assessment investment growth， saying that it may be a threat to China’s macro economy in 2012.

Wenzhou: How to Rebuild Credit of Private Sector

Nobody can tell who should be responsible for the actual situation of private finance in Wenzhou. The crisis that happened in the 2H of 2011 is leading the local credit system to a collapse. It is hard for the enterprises to obtain capital from private sector at present. “Wenzhou Model” is facing challenges. Experts said that Wenzhou has to find the way to rebuild the credit system and upgrade its industry as soon as possible.

Speed Race Between E-Commerce and Express Delivery

There was a speed race between China’s E-commerce and the express delivery industry in 2011. E-Commerce became the winner as it saw a 46% growth rate， while the express delivery industry increased by 21% in 2011. Analysts told ENN that the transport infrastructure development and the reform of the transport management system are needed to help express delivery industry.
