NDilemma of Private Bank Development

The private banking is currently facing an awkward situation in China as a lot of their target customers opt for the welfare management business offered by foreign banks. The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) is considering to map out new management measures for the private banking and to adjust some present measures in a bid to adapt to the actual situation.

Future Property Regulation in Preparation

As some analysts mistake the rigid-demand-protecting measures as a sign of relaxing the regulation， the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is soliciting opinions and advices from experts on the property regulation measures， with an aim to prepare future policy for the real estate market.

Source from concerned department told the Economy Nation that as an important step toward promoting urbanization， the approval system of city establishment will be improved. According to the new approval system， towns with resident population no less than 50，000 may be upgraded as cities.
