信息不對稱背景下的高職圖書館發展研究

〔摘 要〕高職院校的體制、機制與圖書館發展需求的信息不對稱，內涵建設與圖書館內涵發展的信息不對稱，導致了圖書館發展理念的偏差，制約了圖書館生產關系的改善，阻礙了圖書館生產力的發展。用科學的發展觀確立高職院校圖書館發展的指導思想，實施人才戰略工程提升館員隊伍的職業競爭力，抓住主要矛盾解決高職院校內涵發展的當務之急，是目前高職院校圖書館內涵發展的路徑選擇。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The asymmetrical information between the vocational college system,mechanism and the requirement of library development,connotation construction and library development lead to the deviation of developmental theory of library.It also limits the improvement of relation of production and hampers the development of productive forces of library.It is the urgent task for the connotation construction of vocational college library to establish the guiding principles of the development of vocational colleges with the scientific development outlook,and to implement strategy of talents to improve the vocational competence of library staff.It is the best way to single out and tackle the principal contradiction in the connotation development the libraries of vocational colleges.

在高職院校圖書館的發展進程中, 圖書館的管理者和經營者能否科學的利用和轉化有利于自身發展的有用信息，如何防范不利于圖書館健康發展的不良信息對自身改革和發展的負面作用和影響，怎樣取舍來自高等職業教育不同發展模式的海量信息，對于高職院校圖書館的可持續發展和核心競爭力的提升具有至關重要作用。

１ 高職院校圖書館發展的信息不對稱現象分析

哈耶克的信息不對稱思想認為，經濟體中的信息分散在不同的經濟主體，并為不同的人所擁有，不同主體擁有的信息就是不對稱的［１］。在高等職業教育的微觀運行中，由于高職院校人事管理、資源管理、教育教學等部門存在著大量與圖書館科學發展的不對稱信息，這些不對稱信息對圖書館的科學發展產生著消極的作用，對目前高職院校的內涵建設也帶來了不良的負面影響。……
