本堂課是以人教版《英語(新目標)》(Go for it!)七年級下冊第八單元(第二課時,Grammar focus—4)作為教學(xué)材料,課型屬于語法課。本堂課的教學(xué)目標是要讓學(xué)生學(xué)會使用可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞和句型:What kind of noodles would you like?What size bowl of noodles would you like?I'd like …在本堂語法教學(xué)中,教師不是單純地講解語法規(guī)則,學(xué)生也不是機械地記憶和背誦,教師通過設(shè)計由淺入深、層層遞進的活動,不斷地創(chuàng)設(shè)語境讓學(xué)生在運用的過程中感知和學(xué)習(xí)語法。
StepⅠ Pre-task Greeting and leading-in

1.Review the countable nouns and uncountable nouns about food in grammar focus.

1. Group work. Make a conversation according to the pictures.
T:Many people like the noodles in Jenny’s noodle house. Look,more customers are in it. Look,Look at the three customers. What are they talking about?(show the pictures the teacher made one by one and lead students to say something about each picture according to the key words)

Then the teacher asked two groups of students to show their conversations. After that,the teacher asked another two groups of students to act out their conversations in front of the class. The last two groups of students are very active. And they talked about some special kinds of noodles. For example,spider and monster noodles,leaf and grass noodles.

Ss:No.
T:Why not?
Ss:It’s dangerous / scary / terrible. The noodles are too expensive/…
2. A survey. What kind of noodles is the most popular?
T:But I want more people to come to my noodle house and I want to make more specials. Can you help me do a survey?What kind of noodles is the most popular?
Ss:Yes.
T:Now work in groups of four. One student is the group leader and ask another three students about what kind of noodles they would like. Then give a report like this:
Report:In my group … would like … noodles … would like … noodles… So in our group,the most popular kind of noodles is…
T:(After all the groups showed the report) What kind of noodles is the most popular?
Ss:Mutton and potato noodles.
