提起哈文的名字,也許一般讀者對她還有點(diǎn)陌生。但一說到她是2012年央視春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)的總導(dǎo)演,還有她是央視著名節(jié)目主持人李詠的太太,有了這兩個(gè)不一般的新聞元素,相信讀者就會(huì)對她感興趣了。
“幕后穆桂英”擔(dān)當(dāng)龍年“春晚”總導(dǎo)演
中央電視臺(tái)春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)總導(dǎo)演一職,自“春晚”開辦30年來始終是最受人關(guān)注的重要角色。因此在每年的七八月間,央視就要確定次年春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)的總導(dǎo)演人選。早在2011年7月5日,當(dāng)央視對外宣布龍年春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)的總導(dǎo)演將由央視3套綜藝頻道總監(jiān)助理哈文擔(dān)任的消息后,一些觀眾還真有點(diǎn)感到意外,原因是他們對哈文還不太了解。
哈文是寧夏人,1991年從北京廣播學(xué)院(現(xiàn)為中國傳媒大學(xué))播音系本科畢業(yè)后,又留校繼續(xù)深造,并獲得“北廣”電視節(jié)目制作系雙學(xué)位,1995年進(jìn)入中央電視臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)部工作;1996年她制作的《一個(gè)人和一條法規(guī)》節(jié)目就榮獲“中國新聞獎(jiǎng)”。
“《非常6+1》看過嗎?就是那個(gè)李詠主持的,先由觀眾打進(jìn)熱線電話,抽中后告訴主持人要鋼琴、手機(jī)、電視機(jī)、自行車什么的,然后再選準(zhǔn)掛著的10個(gè)金蛋其中1個(gè),李詠一錘敲進(jìn)去,如果是金花四射,那就美夢成真有獎(jiǎng)品了;如果金蛋里沒有金花,那就是‘白高興’一場,不過也能得到李詠的幾句安慰話。最后由現(xiàn)場觀眾從3位登臺(tái)競秀的選手中選出1位‘非常明星’。現(xiàn)在這個(gè)節(jié)目又改成5個(gè)選手唱歌淘汰賽了,經(jīng)3輪比賽后留下的兩名選手由觀眾投票選出‘非常明星’。”這個(gè)觀眾積極參與的娛樂類節(jié)目的制片人就是哈文。
“還有那個(gè)《詠樂匯》,也是李詠主持的,請的嘉賓是余秋雨、馬未都、鄭淵潔等文化界知名人士,姜昆、成龍、劉曉慶、孫楠、趙薇等大牌明星,還有王中軍、張朝陽等商界精英。演播廳里還擺上好酒好菜好茶點(diǎn),李詠與嘉賓邊吃邊喝邊聊,中間還有小二、大勺等配角演員采用“真人VCR”的情景表演,再現(xiàn)嘉賓人生中的精彩片段。
這個(gè)把“名人專訪”與“飲食文化”巧妙結(jié)合起來的獨(dú)特的節(jié)目制片人也是哈文。
此外,哈文還擔(dān)任過《夢想中國》《夢想向前沖》等節(jié)目的制片人,稱得上是央視的“金牌制片人”。
觀眾通過一番交流后終于明白了,哈文原來是個(gè)“幕后穆桂英”,這次從幕后走到臺(tái)前擔(dān)任中央電視臺(tái)龍年春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)的“主帥”,那是在情理之中。
30歲的“春晚”期待新突破
“春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)年年舉辦,要受到觀眾的歡迎就必須大膽創(chuàng)新,只有創(chuàng)新才能有所突破。”在龍年春晚導(dǎo)演組正式建組之初,央視先后召開了7場不同層面的座談會(huì),采集各界的意見和建議。在此基礎(chǔ)上,時(shí)任中央電視臺(tái)臺(tái)長焦利對2012年春晚提出了“快樂、溫馨、驚喜、新奇”的八字方針。
哈文就任龍年“春晚”總導(dǎo)演后,就著手組織一個(gè)有較高水準(zhǔn)的主創(chuàng)人員團(tuán)隊(duì)。2011年9月20日,中央電視臺(tái)在北京人民大會(huì)堂舉行2012年節(jié)目資源推介會(huì),哈文首次帶領(lǐng)龍年“春晚”12人團(tuán)隊(duì)亮相。據(jù)她介紹,不僅她自己,她的團(tuán)隊(duì)中不少編導(dǎo)也是首次參與“春晚”的創(chuàng)作,其中年齡最小的還不到30歲。雖然團(tuán)隊(duì)很年輕,哈文卻充滿信心,她表示自己這一代是看著“春晚”長大的,2012年春節(jié)是央視“春晚”的30歲生日,求新求變應(yīng)該是龍年“春晚”的核心理念,她希望自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)能制作出一臺(tái)充滿朝氣和激情的晚會(huì),奉獻(xiàn)給億萬觀眾。
接著,哈文還組建了“春晚”智囊團(tuán),智囊團(tuán)成員除了邀請范曾、張藝謀等名家外,還有文藝界“腕級”人物友情加盟,請他們針對歌舞、小品、雜技等觀眾喜愛的節(jié)目,為龍年的“春晚”獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。其中哈文第一個(gè)拜訪的名人是著名畫家、國學(xué)家范曾,這里面已經(jīng)透出與往屆導(dǎo)演非常不一樣的風(fēng)格。哈文與范曾此次因“春晚”的會(huì)晤卻十分耐人尋味,外界猜測這是一個(gè)變革的信號——龍年“春晚”的整體風(fēng)格與架構(gòu)一定將會(huì)更為注重中華傳統(tǒng)文化。同時(shí),哈文還向2008北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)開幕式總導(dǎo)演張藝謀請教過幾次,作為好朋友,她從張導(dǎo)那里取到了一些“真經(jīng)”,相信會(huì)對辦好“春晚”大有幫助。
此外,哈文還大膽啟用“視頻審查”機(jī)制,結(jié)束往年臺(tái)上演臺(tái)下審、編劇根據(jù)現(xiàn)場反映邊演邊改劇本的審查制度。截至2011年11月上旬,報(bào)送龍年“春晚”的語言類節(jié)目已進(jìn)行過兩輪“內(nèi)部審核”,節(jié)目通過電視屏幕審查,可以更直觀地暴露存在的問題,這樣修改后的作品,在適合現(xiàn)場觀眾看的同時(shí),也更符合電視機(jī)前觀眾的觀賞需要。
央視的《我要上春晚》節(jié)目,首次在香港和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)設(shè)立選拔專場,以此發(fā)現(xiàn)兩地的“草根達(dá)人”,并邀請優(yōu)秀者登上“春晚”舞臺(tái)。還有《星光大道》等相關(guān)節(jié)目的獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撸灿锌赡茉偕稀按和怼薄9谋硎君埬辍按和怼币欢ㄒ选安莞碧厣M(jìn)行到底,將再次為普通人登上“春晚”舞臺(tái)創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì),力求辦成一個(gè)老百姓參與和喜歡的春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)。
龍年“春晚”菜單已見端倪
而據(jù)有關(guān)媒體透露出來的擬定龍年“春晚”節(jié)目單簡介,龍年“春晚”大致是這樣安排的:晚會(huì)的時(shí)間是從2012年1月22日晚8時(shí)開始,主持人是董卿、朱軍、周濤、張澤群、任魯豫、歐陽夏丹。開場歌舞是《龍騰虎躍賀春來》,有五洲唱響樂團(tuán)的《你我一家》、“小龍女”組合和“龍的傳人”組合的歌曲演唱。接著是馮鞏、劉金山、周濤、閆學(xué)晶的相聲劇表演《2012啦》。隨后是牛群、孫淳等表演的小品,孫楠、韓紅、陳奕迅、楊千樺演唱的歌曲《一家人》,有姜昆、戴志誠等表演的相聲《我們是相聲演員》,還有舞蹈《藍(lán)精靈》、《小城故事》,宋祖英演唱歌曲《恭賀2012》。現(xiàn)在“春晚”的節(jié)目和演員,在開演前都存在著許多變數(shù)。趙本山十分重視央視龍年“春晚”,早已秘密攜編劇尹琪進(jìn)京與哈文碰面。與往年相比,本山對龍年“春晚”小品“下手”較早,2011年11月初就已經(jīng)進(jìn)入創(chuàng)作狀態(tài),并比往年提前一個(gè)多月進(jìn)京。據(jù)說龍年“春晚”趙本山要與愛徒小沈陽一起上演一出小品《洋媳婦兒》。趙本山在小品中扮演的是一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)古板的老父親,小沈陽飾演留學(xué)多年回國的一個(gè)兒子,兒子告知老爸自己娶了一個(gè)美國媳婦兒的故事。這次出演小沈陽“洋媳婦兒”的正是五洲唱響樂團(tuán)的女主唱。她之所以能得到趙本山的青睞,加盟到《洋媳婦兒》節(jié)目組,無外乎有兩點(diǎn)原因,在中國的外國美女少,漢語講得好的更是少之又少,所以就讓她做一回媳婦。
這么多年來,宋祖英絕對算得上是央視春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)上的人氣王,從1990年首次登上春晚的舞臺(tái)至今,她幾乎是一屆都不落地參加了每一年的演出。宋祖英也在不斷地尋求自我突破。12月31日以及1月1日的兩場跨年演唱會(huì)上,宋祖英又打算和內(nèi)地歌壇的流行歌手合作。宋祖英透露,他是一個(gè)以前合作過的內(nèi)地通俗歌手。別看宋祖英最近一直在為自己的演唱會(huì)忙乎,可她一點(diǎn)都沒耽誤春晚節(jié)目籌備工作。
劉歡是歌壇“大哥大”人物,他的《心中的太陽》以及《好漢歌》等都是在春晚唱紅的。已消失在公眾視線的劉歡,日前攜自己的最新力作《大愛》,到了哈文所執(zhí)導(dǎo)的龍年春晚劇組,為“春晚30年”獻(xiàn)禮。而這首歌將成為“春晚30年”板塊的高潮點(diǎn)。
12月2日晚,央視對龍年“春晚”語言類節(jié)目進(jìn)行了第二次審查,這也是語言類節(jié)目的終審,8個(gè)語言類節(jié)目最終將有2個(gè)出局。一些“春晚專業(yè)戶”在形式上都選擇了與新人搭檔,也帶來了一些新風(fēng)氣。
馮鞏首次和徒弟賈玲合作演小品,展現(xiàn)一個(gè)與支教有關(guān)的故事。就連近年鮮在“春晚”露面的牛群,這次也重出江湖,搭檔趙本山的洋徒弟波比·肯演節(jié)目。繼去年影視演員集體涌入春晚之后,此舉今年依然很吃香,黃曉娟與倪大紅合作《老爸老媽》,扮演女兒的則是《家有兒女》里的“小雪”楊紫。郭達(dá)、蔡明則各自有作品推出,郭達(dá)與陜西女演員王莤華搭檔賣土豆。蔡明今年沖擊春晚的小品為《一網(wǎng)打盡》,在小品中蔡明演清潔工,在電話詐騙團(tuán)隊(duì)中臥底,最終將詐騙團(tuán)隊(duì)一網(wǎng)打盡。與她搭檔的是在今年央視小品大賽中脫穎而出的優(yōu)秀新演員。
雖說龍年“春晚”本想跟穿越題材說再見,不過由于觀眾喜歡,它們依然是“香餑餑”,觀眾對笑料也買賬。由近年來話劇舞臺(tái)上非常活躍的“開心麻花”劇組出演的小品《懷胎十月》講的就是穿越的主題:為了不讓因懷胎而分外焦慮的妻子發(fā)脾氣,丈夫買通舅舅,讓舅舅扮演自己未來的兒子,穿越回現(xiàn)代,給妻子講將來的事情,哄騙妻子的故事,他們夸張的表演把觀眾逗樂了。而黃宏與沙溢合作的《荊軻刺秦》則呼應(yīng)了禁止胡亂穿越的規(guī)定,小品中扮演父親的黃宏去為劇組送盒飯,被在《荊軻刺秦》劇組當(dāng)副導(dǎo)演的兒子(沙溢飾)臨時(shí)拉到劇組扮演秦始皇,當(dāng)黃宏得知故事結(jié)局有違歷史,并且其中夾雜了各種無厘頭的穿越等內(nèi)容時(shí),便揚(yáng)長而去。據(jù)在場采訪的媒體記者透露,這個(gè)小品是全場“笑果”最好的。
鞏漢林、潘長江兩位東北籍演員相識(shí)多年,私交極好,但在春晚上卻很少合作。2012年春晚,他們打算聯(lián)手表演,就是因?yàn)橛龅搅艘粋€(gè)非常適合兩人演的本子,據(jù)說目前小品內(nèi)容還是圍繞二男一女的感情糾葛展開。
2011年10月24日,哈文首度與媒體“面對面”,公布了龍年“春晚”初步的籌備情況,并透露長達(dá)4個(gè)小時(shí)的聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)中,將不插入任何廣告,此外往年零點(diǎn)之后播出的民歌大聯(lián)唱將被取消,而“春晚”劇組也將設(shè)立指定的媒體開放日,專門安排媒體觀看彩排,分期發(fā)布消息。
2012 CCTV Spring Festival Gala Has New Director

The CCTV Spring Festival gala made its debut in the early 1980s as China began to open up to the outside world and introduce reform into almost every aspect of social life. Some experts say that the gala show has become a new dimension added to the traditional celebrations of the biggest holiday of the Chinese nation. The gala has made a few Guinness world records as the longest-running gala show with the largest number of audience and largest number of participating artists. Catchphrases from the gala catch the fancy of the nation and become popular for a long while. For many, they come back to work with the fond memory of the programs they watched at the gala on the eve of the Spring Festival. It goes without saying that the next year’s gala is always a media focus months before the Spring Festival of next year is in sight. Preparations usually take about half a year. One of the pre-gala reports about preparations is always the nomination of the director for the upcoming gala.
CCTV made the director announcement for 2012 on July 5th, 2011, signaling the end of a long-term closed-door selection procedure and the beginning of the preparations for the new gala. Ha Wen is the name of the director for the 2011 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. When the announcement was made public, many wondered who Ha Wan was. It is a name unfamiliar to CCTV audiences. The woman is a successful and experienced producer and director of many big programs at CCTV. Officially she is an assistant to the producer of CCTV Channel Three, a channel designed exclusively for broadcasting entertainment shows and comprehensive arts.
Ha Wen has never directed any of the galas over the past 30 years. She has not even participated in any preparations of the galas over the past 30 years. So relatively she is brand new. CCTV chose her probably for the very reason that the experienced producer and director will bring something brand new to the annual long-lasting show.
Though Ha Wan may be relatively unknown to many, her programs at CCTV Channel Three have been extremely popular. Some of them have been household words.
A native of northwestern China’s Ningxi Zhuang autonomous region, Ha graduated in 1991 from Beijing Broadcast College, the predecessor of today’s China Media University. So her training was in news reading. She stayed in her alma mater to teach and graduated from a postgraduate course in television program production. In 1995, she came to work for CCTV. In 1996, one of her programs won China News Prize.
The best known programs at CCTV Channel Three are her productions. Extraordinary 6+1 and Li Yong’s Entertainment Show are the best known of her programs. In fact, she is one of the best producers of CCTV.
As the gala is a big show, its success has to be team work. Ha Wen has organized her own team. Some of the 12-person team are quite young and some have never been in any of the previous galas. But they are confident. Shortly after Ha Wen’s appointment was announced, Ha initiated seven symposiums, attended by people from different fields. She solicited advice and opinions and picked brains of experts and old timers.
On September 20, 2011, a promotion convention was held at Great Hall of the People in Beijing. It was the first time Ha and her colleagues appeared in public as a team. She has invited some cultural celebrities to serve as her advisors, including some artists and scholars of Chinese classics. Having these experts as advisors is something that has had never before in previous preparations for the gala. Ha has consulted Zhang Yimou, the director of the opening and closing ceremonies of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Ha Wen says she is going to make a different show, a show of youth and energy, a show that features grassroots artists from mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. “I wanna My Show in Spring Festival Gala,” a popular CCTV entertaining program doubles as a selection procedure. Those who win have a chance to appear at the yearend gala. In 2011, CCTV went to Hong Kong and Taiwan and held the program there, in the hope of finding promising artists for the yearend gala. Winners from other popular grassroots shows of CCTV have a chance to appear at the gala.
Her ways are making a difference. In the past, producers and directors selected programs by attending shows. This year, she selects through the television screen as she knows that things look different onstage and on television screen. By November, she had run two rounds of screening.
The nation now knows Ha Wen is the director and the nation is now looking forward to her production on the eve of 2012 Spring Festival.
