
今年暑運自7月1日起至8月31日,共計62天。進入暑運以來,鐵路部門合理調配運力,強化售票組織和客運服務,加強調度指揮和運行調整,較好地滿足了旅客出行需求,實現了客運量的大幅增長,客運秩序整體平穩有序。
各鐵路局將繼續發揮新圖效應,抓住暑運契機,加大客運營銷力度,用好新線新車能力,進一步拓寬客運市場,積極推進客運增運增收。根據暑期客流實際,各鐵路局將在對各次客車的上座率進行全方位、全過程動態分析的基礎上,采取措施及時調整運力,防止運力虛靡。
鐵路部門加強日常組織,保證運行秩序,特別是對慣性晚點列車和晚點的動車組列車,加強分析和考核,及時制定措施,確保列車正點。針對京滬高鐵通車運營后旅客對服務的要求高、暑運客流量大等情況,北京、濟南、上海局結合京滬高鐵列車運距長、調整難度大等特點,加強各方協調,細化晚點運輸組織措施。
