鐵道部召開學習七一講話大會

7月4日，鐵道部黨組書記、部長盛光祖主持召開鐵道部黨組中心組（擴大）學習會，學習貫徹胡錦濤總書記在慶祝中國共產黨成立９０周年大會上的重要講話精神。盛光祖強調，全國鐵路系統要認真學習貫徹胡錦濤總書記重要講話，切實把思想和行動統一到講話精神上來，把講話精神貫徹落實到鐵路各項工作中去，奮力開創鐵路科學發展的新局面。

盛光祖說，總書記重要講話通篇貫穿了解放思想、實事求是、與時俱進的思想路線，通過實事求是地總結我們黨90年的奮斗歷程，對黨的革命、建設和改革進程中的歷史貢獻進行了新的總結和概括；通過客觀冷靜地分析新的形勢，對新的歷史條件下黨的建設作出了總體部署；通過與時俱進地分析新的歷史起點上我們黨所肩負的使命，提出把中國特色社會主義偉大事業全面推向前進的新要求。堅持解放思想、實事求是、與時俱進的思想路線是推動黨和國家事業發展進步的保證。

July 4th， Party secretary， Minister of the Ministry of Railways， Sheng Guangzu chaired the party central group (the expansion) learning meeting， studied and implemented the General Secretary of Chinese Communist Party， Hu Jintao's important speech on the celebration of 90th Annual Meeting. Sheng Guangzu stressed that the national railway system should study and implement the speech conscientiously， put the thinking and action of the speech spirit together， implement the speech spirit to the work， struggle to create a new situation in the scientific development of the railway.

Sheng Guangzu said that the speech is permeated with the ideological lines as emancipating the mind， seek truth from facts， keep up with the times， summary the party's struggle though the 90 years with seeking truth from facts， summary and generalize the history contribution of the party's revolution， construction and reform process; analysis the new situation objectively and calmly， make the overall deployment of party's construction under the new historical conditions; analysis party's mission through keeping up with the times when new historical starting point come， propose the new requirements which push forward to the Chinese characteristics socialism great career.
