摘 要:針對有源電力濾波器(APF)對IGBT觸發(fā)脈沖信號控制的較高要求,分析了PWM信號產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,基于QuartusII軟件設(shè)計了一種全數(shù)字三相PWM信號發(fā)生器,給定脈寬信號經(jīng)過調(diào)理與數(shù)字三角波信號比較,經(jīng)過寬度可調(diào)的死區(qū)發(fā)生器信號處理后,產(chǎn)生六路PWM脈沖信號,經(jīng)驅(qū)動保護(hù)信號調(diào)理電路控制相關(guān)IGBT的導(dǎo)通,達(dá)到抑制諧波、補(bǔ)償無功電流的目的。給出了死區(qū)發(fā)生器程序。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果證實(shí)了設(shè)計的正確性和可行性。

Design of PWM Siginal Generator of the Active Power Filter Based on FPGA
Abstract:Focus on the high requirements of active power filter(APF) on the control of the IGBT trigger pulse signal,the PWM signal mechanism is analyzed.And a fully digital three-phase PWM signal generator is designed based on Quartus II,which can realize the comparing between the pulse width signal modulated and triangular wave signal.After processed by the dead-generator signal,the pulse width signal produces six-way PWM pulse signal.Signal modulated circuit can control the state of IGBT,if it should be on or off.It can get the aim of harmonic suppression,reactive current compensation.At last the program of dead zone generator is introduced. In the simulation experiments,the results are confirmed correctly and feasibly.

隨著電力電子技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,一方面由電力電子技術(shù)給現(xiàn)代化信息時代帶來方便、高效巨大利益的同時,它的非線性工作特性對供電系統(tǒng)的電能質(zhì)量造成了嚴(yán)重污染。另一方面,現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)、商業(yè)和居民電能用戶對電力系統(tǒng)的供電電能質(zhì)量提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求。而基于脈沖寬度調(diào)制(Pulse Width Modulation,簡稱PWM)技術(shù)的電壓源型逆變器為核心的并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器(APF)作為電網(wǎng)凈化器——抑制諧波電流、補(bǔ)償無功電流,即提高負(fù)載功率因數(shù)、改善電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量。關(guān)于并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器的研究與應(yīng)用得到了國內(nèi)外廣泛重視[1],本文基于QuartusII軟件提出并設(shè)計了三相三線制并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器的全數(shù)字PWM信號發(fā)生器,通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果證實(shí)了設(shè)計方案的正確性和可行性。
