消失模白模的生產研究

摘 要:我國消失模鑄造從十幾年前出現熱潮以來，有了很大進步，但目前從總體上來說還處于技術革新階段。鑄造白模的質量不僅影響鑄件的表面質量，而且對鑄件內在質量也有著重要影響。本文從模樣的材料、預發泡、成型及熟化處理等方面對國內白模生產進行了研究，并與國際上消失模生產作了對比，指出我國在消失模生產中白模生產需要注意的問題。

Abstract:EPC technology is still in the stage of technological innovation overall in China even great progress has been made after many years of developing.Foam pattern has influence both on the quality of the casting surface and of intrinsic casting. The production of domestic casting pattern is discussed from the appearance of the material， pre-expansion， molding and curing treatment and it is compared with other countries in this thesis， and then some problems are pointed out in order to improve the EPC technology in our country.

消失模模樣，也稱白模，必須符合以下要求:表面必須光滑，不得有明顯的凸起和凹陷;珠粒間融合良好，尺寸和形狀符合模樣圖要求;白模內不得有夾雜物，密度不得超過允許的上限;尺寸必須穩定;白模應具有一定的強度和剛度[1]。消失模白模的制造過程決定了其性能，它取決于采用的粒料( EPS、STMMA、EPMMA)、相應的發泡、成型設備(包括模具)及發泡成型操作工藝[2]。

1 模樣的材料

白模是用泡沫塑料制成的，它是以合成樹脂為母材制成的內部具有無數微小孔結構的塑料，它的特點是:質地輕、泡孔互不連通，又隔熱隔水作用。

白模材料的種類:

模樣材料目前有可發泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(EPMMA)和共聚料(STMMA)三種。

EPS是從原油提取的苯和從天然氣中得到的乙烯在氯化鋁的催化作用下發生烴化反應合成乙苯，再經脫氫處理得到苯乙烯。苯乙烯單體在引發劑過氧苯甲酰和分散劑聚乙烯醇的參與下，在水溶液中懸浮聚合就得到透明的聚苯乙烯珠粒。……
