摘 要:DFGLZ1000D反沖洗高壓過濾站原先的手動沖洗機構因不易判斷濾網的堵塞情況,易造成事故。針對此缺陷,將手動沖洗改為電控沖洗。利用濾網堵塞后,兩端會出現壓差,在電控系統中串聯一個壓差電氣元件來控制電控沖洗機構,當濾網堵塞到一定程度后,DFGLZ1000D反沖洗高壓過濾站會由過濾狀態轉換成沖洗狀態,從而實現了自動沖洗。

Abstract:DFGLZ1000D backwashing pressure filter station original manual washing body is not easy to determine due to blockage of filter is easy to cause an accident.For this defect will be replaced by electronically controlled manual rinse rinse,using filter plug, the pressure difference at both ends will appear in the electric control system of a differential electrical components in series to control the electronically controlled washing bodies,when the filter plug to a certain the degree,DFGLZ1000D backwashing pressure filter stations would be washed from the filter state transition into the state,in order to achieve automatic flushing.

高壓過濾是利用濾網將高壓液體中的雜物過濾,但是雜物會附著在濾網上,將濾網堵塞,隨即濾網兩端產生壓力差,隨著濾網上附著的雜物越來越多,濾網兩端的壓力差越來越大,將會影響系統工作效率,嚴重時會造成故障事故,因此當濾網兩端的壓差達到一定數值時,則需進行反沖洗。
1 DFGLZ1000D反沖洗高壓過濾站工作原理
DFGLZ1000D反沖洗高壓過濾站安裝在壓力管路中,用于過濾水、乳化液、油(液壓油、礦物質油、潤滑油、冷卻液),它由二組相對獨立的過濾器組件組成,在每件過濾單元中都裝有一組特制過濾元件,過濾元件的工作狀態是通過兩組裝在閥體內的操作機構來控制彼此的介質液流方向,在正常工作狀態下,液體介質通過閥體內球體中L型通道可以順利同時流經兩個過濾室,為液壓系統應用段提供了經初級過濾的較為清潔工作介質液體。當濾網堵塞達到一定程度后,借助開關手柄手動進行過濾室的相互反洗,通過開關手柄帶……
