摘要:利用頂空加熱收集神農香菊花蕾和花的揮發性成分,運用GC-MS分離和鑒定揮發性成分的結構及相對含量。結果顯示兩個花期階段共鑒定出52種揮發性成分,花蕾含44種,花中含47種,神農香菊由花蕾發展到花時,其主要成分α-水芹烯的含量明顯降低,而對傘花烴的含量顯著增高。α-水芹烯可能經過生理變化轉化為對傘花烴,這為進一步研究神農香菊的揮發性成分提供了參考.

Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds from the Bud and Flower of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum by Static Headspac-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: The volatile organic compounds were obtained from the bud and flower of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum by static headspace technique and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). 52 components were identified in the two blossom, among which the 44 compounds was detected in bud and 47 compounds in flower. The relative content of α-phellandrene, the main component, obviously decreased from the bud to flower phase, however, the quantity of p-cymene increased significantly. One probable physical reaction might took place and transform α-phellandrene into p-cymene. The finding in the study provided an evidence for optimal development of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum.

神農香菊[1]為菊科植物神農香菊Dendranthema indicume(L.)DesMonl. var. aromaticum Q.H.L. inet. S.E. Zhang. var. nov.的干燥頭狀花序,主產于湖北神農架地區海拔2 000 m以上的向陽開闊地帶,具有濃郁的香氣。神農香菊植株一般在10月底待花完全開放后進行采摘并自然陰干,再針對不同用途進行加工,現已在香料、中醫藥、食品中廣泛使用[2],但神農香菊因其特殊的生長環境,產量有限,需要合理利用。植物的生長要經歷不同的時期,每個時期體內成分都會進行轉化,從而影響植物的藥理活性。目前國內多是對神農香菊的揮發油進行研究[3],而對神農香菊采收前香味成分的研究較少,而且運用靜態頂空直接萃取其原始香味成分的報道也較少。因此,對神農香菊花蕾和花的揮發性成分進行分析比較,觀察二者的差異,將能夠為合理開發神農香菊提供一定參考價值。
1材料與方法
1.1材料
