摘要:研究了磺胺二甲嘧啶(Sulfamethazine,SM2)在土壤中的等溫吸附和光催化降解特征,考察了催化劑TiO2用量、土壤水分含量、光照時(shí)間和初始濃度等因素對(duì)降解效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,土壤表面對(duì)SM2吸附較小,90%以上的SM2以游離形式存在于土壤中;催化劑TiO2可明顯促進(jìn)SM2的光降解,增加土壤水分含量和延長(zhǎng)光照時(shí)間,均能顯著提高SM2的光降解率,而SM2的初始濃度對(duì)光降解效果影響較小。

Adsorption and Photocatalytic Degradation of Sulfamethazine in Soil

Abstract: The adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of sulfamethazine in the soil were investigated. The effects of catalyst TiO2 dosage, water content, irradiation time, and initial concentration were studied respectively. The results showed that only a small quantity of sulfamethazine could be adsorped by the soil and 90% of sulfamethazine was free in the soil. Catalyst TiO2 accelerated the photodegradation of sulfamethazine. The degration rate increased with the increasing of the water content of the soil and irradiation time. The initial concentration of sulfamethazine slightly influenced the photodegradation.

磺胺類抗生素(Sulfonamides)具有預(yù)防和治療細(xì)菌感染性疾病的作用,被廣泛應(yīng)用于人類和動(dòng)物疾病的治療。在畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,磺胺類抗生素還被作為生長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)劑長(zhǎng)期添加于動(dòng)物飼料[1-3]。在我國(guó),磺胺類抗生素的年生產(chǎn)量較高,約80%的磺胺類藥物用于畜牧業(yè)。研究表明,獸用抗生素僅有少量可被吸收利用,約60%~90%會(huì)隨動(dòng)物糞便排出體外,最終進(jìn)入土壤環(huán)境[4,5]。因此,土壤就成了獸用抗生素在環(huán)境中積累的場(chǎng)所,獸用抗生素在土壤中的吸附、降解和殘留直接影響到其對(duì)環(huán)境的潛在污染。
為深入了解磺胺二甲嘧啶(Sulfamethazine,SM2)在土壤環(huán)境中的吸附、遷移和降解行為,對(duì)其環(huán)境安全性進(jìn)行正確評(píng)價(jià),研究了SM2在土壤中的吸附及納米TiO2作用下SM2的光降解行為,為全面評(píng)估SM2在土壤環(huán)境中的安全性和抗生素污染土壤的修復(fù)提供理論依據(jù)。
1材料與方法
1.1試驗(yàn)材料
磺胺二甲嘧啶購(gòu)自Sigma公司。TiO2購(gòu)自Degussa公司。土壤采自湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市近郊0~20 cm表層耕作土,去除雜物,自然風(fēng)干后研磨過2 mm篩。……
