摘要:建立了柑橘中腈菌唑殘留量的分析方法。樣品經乙腈萃取,Carb/NH2固相柱凈化后,采用毛細管氣相色譜法氮磷檢測器(GC-NPD)進行測定。方法檢出限為0.008 mg/kg,在0.10、0.50、1.00 mg/kg三個添加水平,果皮、果肉、全果的回收率分別為89.4%~98.0%、90.0%~108.2%、94.0%~101.0%,相對標準偏差分別為9.65%~14.97%、1.10%~13.78%、6.27%~16.15%。結果表明,該方法適合于分析柑橘中的腈菌唑。

Determination of Myclobutanil Residue in Orange by GC-NPD

Abstracts: A method for the determination of myclobutanil residue in orange was established by gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorus detector(GC-NPD). Myelobutanil residue was extracted from orange by acetonitrile, and cleaned up by ProElut Carb/NH2 SPE and detected by GC with NPD. The detection limit was 0.008 mg/kg, the average recoveries of myclobutanil in orange peel, pulp and whole orange at the spiked amounts of 0.10,0.50, 1.00 mg/kg were 89.4%~98.0%, 90.0%~108.2% and 94.0%~101.0%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 9.65%~14.97%, 1.10%~13.78% and 6.27%~16.15%, respectively. The results showed that this method was suitable for detecting myclobutanil in orange.

腈菌唑是美國羅姆-哈斯公司1982年開發的一種廣譜殺菌劑,又名葉斑清[1],英文名為myclobutanil,化學名稱為2-(4-氯苯基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-甲基)乙腈,分子式:C15H17ClN4。腈菌唑屬三唑類殺菌劑,是甾醇脫甲基化抑制劑,具有內吸、保護和治療性。其原藥為淡黃色固體,熔點69 ℃,純品為無色針狀結晶,沸點202~208 ℃,25 ℃蒸汽壓213 MPa,25 ℃水中溶解度142 mg/L,溶于醇、芳烴、酯、酮(50~100 g/L),不溶于脂族烴,日光下其水溶液易降解[1,2]。
近年來,在我國農業生產中大量使用腈菌唑農藥,用于防治水果葉斑病、黑星病等,被認為是一種前景較好的殺菌劑[2,3]。目前僅有小麥和毛豆中腈菌唑殘留量分析技術的報道[1-5],而腈菌唑在柑橘中殘留量的分析技術尚未見報道。本研究建立了柑橘中腈菌唑殘留的氣相色譜分析方法,以期為我國柑橘中腈菌唑殘留量檢測提供技術參考。
1材料與方法
1.1材料
柑橘分別采自于武漢和貴州等地的某柑橘種植基地,采收后,分別取果皮、果肉、全果均質分裝,儲存于-18 ℃冰箱中待用。
1.2試劑
分析純乙腈、正己烷、甲苯,均購于Mallinckrodt Baker公司;分析純氯化鈉購于國藥試劑公司,在140 ℃下烘烤4 h備用。
腈菌唑標準溶液,準確稱取腈菌唑標樣(來源于農業部環境保護科研監測所)(純度>95%),以丙酮定容至10 mL,置于-18 ℃冰箱待用,使用前依所需濃度準確吸取適量體積注入容量瓶中并以丙酮定容,配制標準工作溶液。……
