摘要:試驗研究枯草芽孢桿菌對草莓白粉病的防治效果。結果顯示,100億個活芽孢/g枯草芽孢桿菌WP 2 250 g/hm2處理防治效果達到77.12%,與對照藥劑25%三唑酮WP 675 g/hm2處理的防治效果差異不顯著,是防治草莓白粉病的有效生物藥劑,可以大面積推廣應用。

Field Efficacy Trials of Bacillus subtilis against Powdery Mildew of Strawberry

Abstract: The control efficiency of Bacillus subtilis against powdery mildew of strawberry was studied,which enables to provide scientific basis for popularization and application.The control efficacy of 10 billion/g Bacillus subtilis WP(225 0 g/hm2) was 77.12%, which was appropriate to the effect of 25% triadimefon WP(675 g/hm2) as a control. The results showed that this agent had excellent effect for controlling powdery mildew of strawberry, and was suitable for large-scale demonstration and further popularization.

草莓白粉病是草莓重要病害之一,病原是子囊菌亞門真菌羽衣草單囊殼菌(Sphaerotheca aphanis),屬于專性寄生菌,在世界各地都有分布,主要危害草莓的葉片和果實,特別是大棚草莓,嚴重影響草莓生產的發展[1-3]。目前生產上主要使用三唑酮(粉銹寧)、百菌清、腈菌唑等化學殺菌劑防治草莓白粉病,效果均不夠理想,且化學藥劑的長期使用會使病原菌抗性增強,影響食品安全[4],探索安全有效的草莓白粉病生物防治尤為重要。
枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis)是芽孢桿菌屬細菌中的一種,嗜溫、好氧、產芽孢,其生理特征多樣,極易分離培養。枯草芽孢桿菌不僅可以在土壤等外界環境中廣泛存在,而且是植物體內常見內生菌,尤其是在植物的根、莖部[5]。該菌能產生多種抗菌素和酶,具有廣譜抗菌活性和極強的抗逆能力。目前該菌已經在水稻、大豆、棉花、小麥、辣椒、番茄、玉米等農作物上顯示出很好的防治病害效果,本試驗旨在驗證枯草芽孢桿菌對草莓白粉病的防治效果。
1材料與方法
1.1試驗材料
草莓品種:法蘭蒂。試驗在武漢市洪山區九峰鄉草莓大棚栽培地進行,草莓長勢較均勻,處于收獲初期,有草莓白粉病感染。……
