摘要:試驗研究了中藥壯陽促孕散對雌性腎陽虛大鼠垂體—性腺軸分泌激素的影響,初步探討其作用機制。用氫化可的松造雌性大鼠腎陽虛模型,造模21 d,從試驗第八天開始,中藥治療組灌胃中藥壯陽促孕散,陽性對照組灌胃金匱腎氣丸,連續(xù)給藥14 d。放射免疫法測定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、黃體生成素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)。結果表明,模型對照組造模后大鼠出現(xiàn)明顯的陽虛癥狀,體重下降,血清中E2、P下降,LH、FSH升高,給藥后陽性對照組、中藥治療組大鼠體重增加,血清中E2、P升高,LH、FSH下降。中藥壯陽促孕散可調節(jié)雌性腎陽虛大鼠血清中LH、FSH、E2和P的分泌,對生殖內分泌有促進作用。

Effects of ZCF on the Hormones Secretion of Pituitary-gonad Axis in Kidney-Yang Deficiency Female Rats

Abstract: To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine ZCF on the hormones secretion of pituitary-gonad axis in kidney yang deficiency female rats and preliminarily discuss the action mechanism, the kidney-yang deficiency model of female rats was built by using hydrocortisone for 21 days. From the eighth day, Jinkuishenqi pill and traditional Chinese medicine ZCF was given to positive control group and treating group by gavage for 14 days, respectively. The contents of E2, P, LH and FSH in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay. After the model building, the control group presented obvious yang deficiency symptom. The weight of the rats decreased, the content of E2 and P in serum decreased but the contents of LH and FSH increased. After medication, the content of E2 and P in serum of the treating group increased; while the contents of LH and FSH decreased. It indicated that Chinese medicine ZCF could adjust the secretion of LH, FSH, E2 and P in serum of kidney-yang deficiency female rats, and had stimulative function on procreation endocrine.

目前,利用中藥防治畜禽疾病的研究,逐步受到人們的重視。研究表明,中草藥能調節(jié)動物機體的繁殖機能,用中草藥防治家畜繁殖障礙性疾病也有報道,下丘腦-垂體-性腺軸(卵巢和睪丸)三級結構形成一個機能中心,在哺乳動物發(fā)育、生殖、衰老中起重要作用[1,2]。利用中藥來提高機體的性激素水平和改善下丘腦-垂體-性腺軸功能,是一條可探索的途徑。中藥壯陽促孕散是根據中獸醫(yī)基礎理論結合動物生理特點而研制的純中藥復方制劑,經前期藥效學、毒理學的相關研究,已經證明該中藥可有效提高家兔、犬、熊及小鼠等動物的繁殖性能[3,4]。該試驗通過觀察中藥壯陽促孕散對雌性腎陽虛大鼠垂體—性腺軸分泌激素的影響,初步探討其作用機制,為全面開發(fā)及臨床使用此藥提供理論依據?!?br>
