水性丙烯酸樹脂及防白電油水墨的研究*

對防白電油水墨用丙烯酸樹脂的制備進行了研究,以滿足特種紙張防白電油的需要。實驗以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羥乙酯和丙烯酰胺為聚合單體,過硫酸銨為引發劑,在水和乙醇中進行聚合,然后中和成透明的水溶性丙烯酸樹脂液。此外,實驗還研究了乙醇用量以及交聯單體用量對防白電油性能的影響。結果表明,混合溶劑去離子水/乙醇的質量比例為50/50、丙烯酸羥乙酯和丙烯酰胺的比例為2∶1、且含量為7%(占單體總量)時,制得的丙烯酸樹脂液黏度適中,且防白電油耐擦洗效果最佳。該樹脂液無毒、環保、經濟,用該樹脂液和PVC(聚氯乙烯)乳液同時配墨后進行防白電油測試對比,兩者效果相當。

Abstract:An investigation on water-based acrylic resin and anti-white oil ink was presented in order to meet the requirement of anti-white oil for special paper.Methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylamide were employed as monomers,and ammonium persulfate as initiator,to prepare water-soluble acrylic resins;the polymerization was carried out first in the presence of water and ethanol,and then neutralized to the transparent acrylic resin liquid.Further more,the investigation also evaluated the effect of ethanol and crosslink monomer dosage on anti-white oil properties.The results indicated that when water/ethanol ratio was 50/50,hydroxyethyl acrylate/acrylamide ratio was 2∶1,and its content was 7%,the final resin product had proper viscosity,and its performance of anti-white oil was best.This resin is non-toxic,environment friendly and economic.After the anti-white oil test,it was showed that,the prepared resin solution and PVC (polyvinyl chloride)emulsion had similar performance of anti-white oil.

水墨即水性油墨,也稱水基油墨,是以水為溶劑制成的油墨。近年來,水墨受到高度重視,產品性能的多樣化也越來越受歡迎,如水性金銀墨、導電水墨、塑料薄膜印刷水墨等[1-2]。這對水墨的性能提出了更高的要求,如防白電油水墨需要滿足紙品后加工因粘污膠水而用白電油清潔且不損傷印品的要求。
目前,用于水墨的樹脂主要是丙烯酸樹脂類或改性的丙烯酸樹脂類[3],這是由于改性的丙烯酸樹脂在光澤度、耐熱性、耐水性、耐溶劑性能[4]等方面具有顯著的優勢。……
