壓敏保護膜用水性PSA膠黏劑的研制

研制了一種自交聯型壓敏保護膜用丙烯酸酯膠黏劑乳液,采用預乳化半連續聚合方法,通過氧化-還原聚合工藝提高樹脂的相對分子質量,同時添加DAAM和ADH自交聯單體,提高交聯程度來提高壓敏膠的內聚力。通過在膠黏劑乳液中加入適量的交聯劑SC-100,進一步提高壓敏膠交聯程度和保護膜耐熱和耐濕熱等使用性能。我們可以根據SC-100的添加量調配出系列保護膜壓敏膠的配方,根據不同性能要求生產出不同規格的保護膜產品,利用其瞬間接著性和可再剝離性加工成壓敏保護膜可廣泛用于金屬、PVC、鋁塑型材等的保護。

Abstract:A kind of acrylic binder emulsion for the self-crosslinking pressure-sensitive protective film was prepared via pre-emulsification semi-continuous polymerization.The molecular weight of resin was appropriately increased by the process of the oxidation-reduction polymerization,and the cohesive forces were improved by the increase of the cross-linking degree by the addition of DAAM and ADH as the self-crosslinking monomer.The cross-linking degree and the heat and wet-heat resistances of the protective film were further enhanced by the addition of SC-100 as the crosslinking agent,and a series of formulations were obtained by adding different amounts of SC-100.With the performance of rapid adhesion and re-peeling,the film was widely used to protect metal,PVC and aluminum-plastic material.

隨著經濟的發展,傳統牛皮紙加繩子、布條纏繞等落后包裝方法將被淘汰,壓敏保護膜作為一種新型包裝材料由于其使用方便、美觀、價優而愈顯重要,應用也愈來愈廣泛,其前景非常廣闊。大多數保護膜是以塑料薄膜或紙、織物等為基材,以橡膠或丙烯酸樹脂為壓敏膠黏劑,經特殊方法加工而成,其原理是利用壓敏膠的瞬間接著性和可再剝離性。
壓敏保護膜主要用于金屬、鋁塑、PVC、玻璃等被保護材料在制造、運輸、儲存和加工過程中,免受有害氣體和微生物的腐蝕,防止粉塵污染和機械劃傷。……
