本節(jié)課教學(xué)的語言目標(biāo)是“Talk about the future inventions”。復(fù)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)一些關(guān)于職業(yè)的詞匯,讓學(xué)生用“be going to do”的形式談?wù)摳髯蚤L(zhǎng)大后打算干什么及打算怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。然后用“be going to”形式就當(dāng)前熱門話題——環(huán)保進(jìn)行談?wù)摚m合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平,進(jìn)一步激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。
3.教學(xué)目標(biāo)
(1)語言知識(shí):學(xué)會(huì)用“be going to”的形式表示將來并能正確使用“be going to”結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊疑問句;學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯:grow, programmer, engineer, pilot, professional, act, move。
(2)語言技能:能夠談?wù)撟约航窈蟮娜松繕?biāo)以及為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)而做出努力;能用英語談?wù)搶淼挠?jì)劃,同時(shí)提高聽說讀寫的能力。
(3)情感態(tài)度:通過談?wù)搶淼拇蛩愫驮鯓訉?shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),學(xué)生能考慮自己的人生目標(biāo),及早為將來作準(zhǔn)備,樹立正確的價(jià)值觀和人生觀。
(4)學(xué)習(xí)策略:抓住用英語交流的機(jī)會(huì),充分感知英語,聯(lián)系實(shí)際,善于表達(dá)自己。

三、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
1.總體思路
本課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)主要是圍繞培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的交際技能而展開的。先呈現(xiàn)一幅寧波圖,喚起學(xué)生的親切感,后復(fù)習(xí)職業(yè)單詞并引出新的詞匯,就自己喜歡的職業(yè)互相交流信息;談今后自己的打算和怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的目標(biāo),學(xué)會(huì)和熟練運(yùn)用“be going to do”的形式,并穿插聽、說、讀、寫提高學(xué)生的交際技能,最后就當(dāng)前熱門話題大膽提出自己的打算。層層遞進(jìn),環(huán)環(huán)緊扣,過渡自然,使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)語言的環(huán)境中體驗(yàn)到語言的美,感受到學(xué)習(xí)的成功和快樂。
四、教學(xué)過程
Step1 Warming up
Play the video of a song “Big Big World”.Let the students watch the video and sing the song together.

營(yíng)造輕松,溫馨的語言環(huán)境,激活學(xué)生英語細(xì)胞,為下面的教學(xué)做準(zhǔn)備。
Step 2 Lead-in
(1)What’s the name of the song? Yes, the world is very, very big.There are many cities and towns.And there are many different jobs in the world.Then how to ask his/her job?(Let one student come to the front, asking like a teacher.)
(2)Let the students revise different jobs.

運(yùn)用多媒體呈現(xiàn)單詞。教學(xué)既直觀,又簡(jiǎn)潔。同時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)前面已學(xué)過的職業(yè)單詞,為下面單詞的引入埋下伏筆。此外,由學(xué)生扮演老師角色也是一次小小的創(chuàng)新,使學(xué)生體驗(yàn)到成功的喜悅。
Step 3 Presentation
用多媒體呈現(xiàn)新的有關(guān)職業(yè)的圖片。
(1)Do you know these new jobs? Who is he? What does he do?
(2)Who is rich and good at making computer software?
(3)Are you good at playing basketball?
Can you make money by playing basketball?
After presenting the new words, let the students talk about their future jobs and ask and answer why, using “I like…because….”

Step 4 Talking in pairs freely
Show a picture of my daughter and present “I’m going to do.”
(1)“Mum, I want to be a person like you when I grow up.” What does she want to be?
(2)Yes.She is going to be a teacher when she grows up.
(3)Is she going to be a teacher when she grows up?
(4)What are you going to be when you grow up?
(5)How are you going to do that?
(6)What’s he/she going to be when he/she grows up?
(7)How is he/she going to do that?
Let the students talk in pairs freely.

Step5 Listening
Ask the students to listen to a dialogue and answer the following questions.
(1)What is Cheng Han going to do?
(2)What are Cheng Han’s plans for the future?
(3)Where is he going to move to?
(4)When is he going to start?

聽力練習(xí)讓學(xué)生進(jìn)一步熟悉和鞏固了生詞和詞組,同時(shí)也為提高聽力打下一定的基礎(chǔ)。
Step6 Pairwork
(1)Let the students read the dialogue.
(2)Practice the dialogue like that with your partner.
(3)Which pair wants to act your dialogue out?

Step7 Hot Discuss
