黑龍江省現代物流人才培養初探

摘要：黑龍江的物流已經受到重視，但目前還處于起步階段，與之相配套的物流人才嚴重短缺，物流人才是發展現代物流的重要因素，對黑龍江省經濟發展起著重要的作用。作者分析了黑龍江省現代物流人才的需求與供給狀況，得出要大力加強現代物流人才教育培養的結論。因此，黑龍江省加強物流人才的培養是當務之急。

Abstract: Modern logistics has been thought much of in Heilongjiang， but is still in its early stage， and talents in this field are still wanted. These talents are an important element in developing modern logistics， and play an important role in developing economy in Heilongjiang. Based on analysis of the situation of talents talents supply and demand， we can conclude that we should train the persons with ability in this area to comply the development of our society. Therefore， enhancing talents training in this field is urgent.

黑龍江省作為國家重要商品糧基地、能源原材料基地、重化工業基地和東北亞地區中心，經濟建設正處于經濟結構調整重要時期。我們要以黑龍江省區位優勢，以哈爾濱為中樞，各中心城市和口岸為依托，大力發展生產力，抓住加快東北老工業基地調整和改造的有利契機，積極推進黑龍江省現代物流產業發展。要大力引進和積極采用先進的物流組織、物流技術、物流管理經驗和物流裝備，優化產業結構，調整布局和深化體制改革，加快建立多層次的、與國際通行規則接軌的、專業化現代物流服務網絡體系，把黑龍江省建設成為我國及東北亞地區重要的發達的物流區域，培養專業人才是非常重要的工作。加快物流人才的教育培訓與知識普及已經成為現代物流發展的首要任務。

所謂物流業人才主要是指具有大學專科學歷或中級職稱及以上的物流業從業人員。物流從業人員可分為高、中、初三級。初級物流人員往往只要通過簡單的教學與培訓就可以勝任崗位的需要。……
