《傳感技術學報》雜志的編委委員均來自國內各著名高校的教授和博士生導師，他們是我國傳感器領域方面的專家、學者和權威人士。《傳感技術學報》稿源來自全國各高等院校，，中國科學院所屬的有關專業研究機構以及國內大型工礦企業設置的專業研究所。《傳感技術學報》刊登的論文均有2名國內同行專家審稿通過。 《傳感技術學報》的作者有院士、教授、博士生導師、研究員、博士研究生、和碩士研究生以及從事該研究領域的工作人員、專家和學者。 《傳感技術學報》主要面向廣大的科技工作者、高等院校、各公共圖書館、情報所（室）、研究所以及廠礦，它對科技工作者、科學研究人員、廣大教師、研究生、博士生都具有極為重要的參考價值。
