Abstract：Theestablishmentofanenterprise'sinternalpatentinformationdatabase willhelpimprovetheenterprise's inteligenceinformationmanagementsystemrealizetheefectiveuseofpatentinformationenabletechnicalinformation（including patentinformationandnon-patentinformation）andmarketinteligencetoflowandsharequicklywithintheenterprise，and promoteteimprovementofenterprisesindependentinnovationcapabilities.Inviewofthelackofrelevantresearchonintegrated marketintellgncewithintheindustry，thispaperputsforwardthebasicstructureofthepatentintellgencedatabasefromthe perspectiveofmajorparticipantsinmarketactivities，combinedwiththepracticalworkofpatentinteligenceanalysiswithin enterprises，andfocusesontheestablishmentofpatentintellgencedatabasewithinenterprises.Itintroducestheoperatioand outputpresentationofpatentintellgencedatabase，andalsointroducestheuseofAItechnologytofurtherimprovpatent intellgencedatabase，thusprovidingvaluablereferenceforrelevantcompaniestomakemoreefectiveuseofpatentintellgence analysis.

專利情報分析是一種重要的競爭情報加工和提煉，其過程是在大量相關專利的基礎上，通過對某些關鍵方面的定性與/或定量分析，找出專利的分布規律及發展趨勢，從而將零碎的信息轉化成系統的認識，獲得有助于企業制定策略、做出決策的競爭情報。專利情報反映了各個行業最新技術的發展動態，使得專利情報分析成為技術創新的一個重要源泉，并在企業創新的實踐中有著重要的應用2。隨著創新在全社會的被關注度日趨增強，如何有效利用好專利情報就受到了越來越多企業的重視。張潔從申請人競爭力主體位、專利內容技術主線位、專利效能價值主導位3個方面構建全生態專利情報分析框架，為從生態體系的全局挖掘專利技術的情報應用價值提供了理論指導和范式參考。苗思薇分析了專利信息平臺及專題數據庫建設的重要意義，以研究所為例闡述了專題數據庫的建設思路，需求分析，檢索方式，更新維護，功能模塊等方面的內容，為企業建立專題數據庫提供參考。
