Abstract:Detachmentof tunelconcreteliningisacommonqualityisse.Currently,thecontrolofdetachmentmainlyrelies onobservingtheoutputpressureoftheconcretepumpandmanualmonitoringofthereservedholesinthearchofthetroley. Presetgroutingpipeswithformsareinstlledatthetopofthearchoftheliningtrollyutnoefectivemonitoringmeasures areadoptedduring thecasting process.Aftercompletion(oracceptance),radar scanning andanalysisareconducted.If detachmntoftheliningconcreteisfound,reservedgroutingholesoraditionaldrlledholesareusedforgrouting,resultingin lowacceptancerates,high groutingcosts,porimage,andpotentialdamagetowaterprofmembranes leading towatersepage andsecondaryqualityisueswiththetunnellining.Therefore,theindustryhasbeenseekingmethodsforsourcequalitycontrol oftunnelconcreteliningtoachieveprocesscontrolmanagementgoals.TheHangzhou-Shaoxing-TaizhouExpreswayonce introducedahigh-definitionprobesimilartoagastroscopytodetectthevoidsduringconcretepouring,buttheresultswere unsatisfactory.TheKeqiao-ZhujiExpresswayProjecthasbeenlistedasanationalexpresswaynetworkproject,andKezhu ExpresswayCo.,Ltdproposedamanagementconceptoftransitioningfrommechanizedtodigialtransformationintunel construction.ZhejiangCommunicationsEngineeringGroupCo.Ltd.Keqiao-ZhujiSection1developedadigitalcontroltechnology fortunnelliningelectronicsensors,whichefectivelysolvedtheproblemofvoidsintunnelconcreteliningandwassuesfuly applied in the Keqiao-Zhuji tunnel project.

2017年8月浙江省交通運輸廳下發《浙江省公路山嶺隧道機械化裝備應用指導手冊》,推出“二機一橋六臺車”,簡稱“九臺套\"山嶺隧道施工機械化裝備,經過多年施工推廣應用,九臺套設備應用實效技術人員總結為4個層次,第一層次技術成熟且應用良好型,如濕噴機械手、自行式移動棧橋、自動鋪設防水板臺車、自動布料二襯臺車等設備;第二層次技術成熟但應用欠佳型,如多臂鑿巖機、電纜溝臺車等設備;第三層次技術欠成熟但改進后可推廣型,如多臂立拱臺車;第四層次技術欠完善但可以向數字化發展型,如檢測臺車可采用3D掃描儀代替、二襯養護臺車可結合養護、清掃、降塵等功能在灑水車的基礎上改進,二襯臺車帶模注槳孔可向視頻或智能感應等數字化自動控制方向發展。
隧道施工的最終成品是混凝土襯砌,根據JTGF80/1—2017《公路工程質量檢驗評定標準》混凝土襯砌的基本要求有2個,其一是襯砌施工前初期背部存在空洞、斷面嚴重侵界時應及時處理;其二是襯砌背后的空隙應回填注漿。混凝土襯砌實測項目有4個,其中關鍵項目2個,其一是混凝土強度應在合格標準內;其二是襯砌背部密實狀況,應無空洞、無雜物??斩礄z測方法是沿隧道縱向分別在拱頂、兩側拱腰、兩側邊墻連續測試共5條測線。因此混凝土襯砌空洞控制是隧道施工一項極其重要的工作。
