簡易營養食欲量表的漢化及在老年人中的信效度檢驗

AbstractObjective：TotranslateandadaptheSimpliedNutritionalAppetiteQuestionnaire（SNAQ）intoChineseandtoevaluateits reliabilityandvaliityinassessngaorexiamongelderlsidents inursinghmesMetos：Followigtherislintraslaiodel， theSNAQwas translatedandback-translatedintoChinese.Thequestionairewasthenreviewedbyanexpertcommiteeandadjusted basedonfedbackfromapilottest.Subsequently，233elderlyresidentsinnursinghomesinHunanProvincewereconvenientlysapled forasurveytoassessthelabilityadvalidityofteCineseversoResults：eovrallontentvaliityindex（S-CVI）fteCine versionof theSNAQwas 0.825.And theitem-levelcontentvalidityindex （I-CVI）rangedfrom0.5to1.0.Exploratoryfactoraalysis extracted two common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 72.050% .Theoverall Cronbach'sα coefficientof the questionnairewasO.609.AndthetestretestreliabilitywasO.875.Conclusions：TheChineseversionoftheSNAQdemonstratesgood reliabilityandvalidityinassessinganorexiaamongelderlyresidents innursinghomes.Itissuitableforuse inthispopulation.

摘要目的：漢化和修訂簡易營養食欲量表，并檢驗其在養老機構老年人老年厭食癥評估中的信效度。方法：遵循Brislin的翻譯模型，利用翻譯-回譯法對簡易營養食欲量表進行漢化。經專家委員會審核并根據預試驗結果調整量表，隨后采用便利抽樣法選取湖南省養老機構的233名老年人進行調查，評估中文版量表的信效度。結果：中文版簡易營養食欲量表整體的內容效度指數（S-CVI）為0.825，各條目的內容效度指數（I-CVI）為 0.5～1.0 探索性因子分析提取2個公因子，累積方差貢獻率達 72.050% 。量表總Cronbach'sα系數為0.609，重測信度為 0.875 。結論：中文版簡易營養食欲量表信效度良好，適用于養老機構老年人厭食癥的評估。關鍵詞老年人；厭食癥；營養；評估工具；信度；效度；養老機構；德爾菲法

老年厭食癥是引發老年人營養不良的關鍵因素之一，并被認定為老年綜合征的1種[1-4]。老年厭食癥發生后，若不及時識別與干預，可能導致多種不可逆轉的身體機能退化及不良健康結局5，如營養不良、體力下降[6]、步態變緩[7]、活動和肌力下降[8-9]、骨密度降低[10]免疫反映減弱]貧血、認知功能下降、傷口愈合遲緩[10]、術后康復時間延長等[10]，從而提高老年人的死亡風險[12]。早期發現與識別是管理老年厭食癥的初始和關鍵一步[2.13]。然而，食欲主要基于個人的主觀感受，難以量化，這使得對老年厭食癥的早期評估和識別變得困難。目前我國尚缺乏專門用于老年厭食癥的標準化評估工具。鑒于此，本研究將引入并調整國際上被廣……
