摘要:本研究旨在創新設計流程,設計一種能夠滿足用戶需求并提升用戶體驗的社區無人智能運輸車。首先,通過用戶調研了解社區內目標用戶的需求,并總結現有產品的特征。然后,使用Kano模型問卷分析用戶需求的層級,確定重要功能需求。接著,利用AI工具Midjourney將重要需求轉化為具體設計,并分析其合理性。最后,應用TRIZ理論解決設計中的矛盾,采用40個創新原理優化設計方案。綜合用戶需求分析和AI輔助設計,提出一個創新的社區無人智能運輸車設計方案。結合Kano模型、TRIZ理論與AI工具,可以有效提升產品設計的創新性和用戶體驗,為相關產品的創新設計提供了參考。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to innovate the design process and design a community unmanned intelligent transport vehicle that can meet the needs of users and improve the user experience. Firstly,through user research,we understand the needs of target users in the community and summarize the characteristics of existing products. Then,the Kano model questionnaire was used to analyze the hierarchy of user requirements and determine the important functional requirements. Then,using the AI tool Midjourney,we translate the important requirements into concrete designs and analyze their rationality. Finally,the TRIZ theory is applied to solve the contradictions in the design,and 40 innovative principles are used to optimize the design scheme.Based on user demand analysis and AI-aided design,an innovative design scheme for community unmanned intelligent transport vehicles is proposed. Combined with the Kano model,TRIZ theory and AI tools,it can effectively improve the innovation and user experience of product design,and provide reference for the innovative design of related products.

隨著科技的迅猛發展,無人智能運輸車在現代社區中的應用前景日益廣闊。無人智能運輸車不僅能夠提高物流運輸的效率,還能減少人力成本和環境污染,對智慧城市建設具有重要意義。當前關于智能運輸多應用定量設計方法,設計過程、方案充滿科學性與理性,需要設計師進行自我創造與創新。如劉建文等[1]人設計了基于ROS系統的智能醫療運輸機器人,在醫院場景中實現高效、便捷、可靠、快速的醫療運輸。胡昊琪等[2]人運用Kano模型與AHP層次分析法設計了醫用無人送餐車,準確地分析產品屬性與設計需求間的關系,提升用戶滿意度。周紅宇等[3]人以果園果農運輸需求結合層次分析法建立指標體系層次模型,獲得需求權重,設計出滿足果園用戶需求的果園運輸車?!?br>
